【摘要】：智能電網(wǎng)對于我國經(jīng)濟的持續(xù)快速發(fā)展具有重要的作用,從國家戰(zhàn)略的角度來看,可靠和高效的電網(wǎng)是保障國家能源安全的必然要求,是建設(shè)全面協(xié)調(diào)的經(jīng)濟和社會、順應(yīng)可持續(xù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的必然選擇。 關(guān)注智能電網(wǎng)公司的運營現(xiàn)狀、研究影響其發(fā)展和盈利的主要因素,對我國智能電網(wǎng)事業(yè)的發(fā)展具有直接的現(xiàn)實意義。本文在國內(nèi)外對盈利能力相關(guān)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,對智能電網(wǎng)上市公司的盈利現(xiàn)狀進行了概括,同時以發(fā)展的眼光分析了當前我國智能電網(wǎng)行業(yè)的整體現(xiàn)狀以及相關(guān)公司在運營過程中存在的問題。運用統(tǒng)計軟件SPSS19.0和相關(guān)計量模型對我國智能電網(wǎng)上市公司盈利能力影響因素進行分析。本文選取了2012年該板塊84家上市公司為樣本,并在指標的設(shè)計和選取時,全面考慮了影響智能電網(wǎng)公司盈利能力的主要方面,從資本結(jié)構(gòu)、資產(chǎn)運營能力、研發(fā)能力、股權(quán)比例、成長能力和公司規(guī)模等多個維度考慮了影響智能電網(wǎng)上市公司盈利能力的因素,并構(gòu)建了以銷售毛利率、營業(yè)利潤率、總資產(chǎn)收益率、凈資產(chǎn)收益率、無形資產(chǎn)占比和每股收益為因子的評估指標；通過因子分析法和回歸模型對此進行實證分析,最后根據(jù)實證結(jié)果提出了具有參考價值的對策建議。 論文創(chuàng)新之處主要體現(xiàn)在研究對象上的創(chuàng)新,對智能電網(wǎng)上市公司這一日益受到關(guān)注的板塊進行研究；同時結(jié)合我國當前堅強智能電網(wǎng)建設(shè)的時代特征,構(gòu)建了具有針對性的綜合的盈利能力評估體系。本文將研究對象設(shè)定在智能電網(wǎng)行業(yè),希望能拋磚引玉,對智能電網(wǎng)行業(yè)的發(fā)展以及相關(guān)政策的制定發(fā)揮一定的參考和指導(dǎo)作用。
[Abstract]:Smart grid plays an important role in the sustained and rapid economic development of our country. From the point of view of national strategy, reliable and efficient power grid is the inevitable requirement to ensure national energy security, and it is necessary to build a comprehensive and coordinated economy and society. The inevitable choice to conform to the sustainable development strategy. It is of direct practical significance for the development of smart grid in China to pay attention to the current operation situation of smart grid companies and study the main factors that affect their development and profitability. On the basis of domestic and international research on profitability, this paper summarizes the current profit situation of listed companies in smart grid. At the same time, the paper analyzes the whole situation of the smart grid industry and the problems existing in the operation process of the related companies from the perspective of development. Using SPSS 19.0 and relevant measurement model, the factors influencing the profitability of listed companies in smart grid are analyzed. In this paper, 84 listed companies in 2012 are selected as samples, and when designing and selecting indicators, we consider the main aspects that affect the profitability of smart grid companies, such as capital structure, asset operation ability, R & D capability. Several dimensions, such as equity ratio, growth ability and company size, take into account the factors that affect the profitability of listed companies in the smart grid, and construct a profit rate based on gross sales margin, operating profit rate, total return on assets, and return on net assets. Intangible assets and earnings per share as the factor of the evaluation index, through factor analysis and regression model to this empirical analysis, finally according to the empirical results put forward the countermeasures and suggestions with reference value. The innovation of this paper is mainly reflected in the innovation of the research object, the research on the smart grid listed company, which has been paid more and more attention to, at the same time, combined with the characteristics of the era of the strong smart grid construction in our country, A comprehensive evaluation system of profitability is constructed. In this paper, the research object will be set in the smart grid industry, hoping to offer some reference and guidance to the development of the smart grid industry and the formulation of related policies.
