成都時(shí)代新源照明無(wú)極燈項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理研究

【摘要】:節(jié)能減排成為全球矚目的焦點(diǎn),目前世界各國(guó)都在大力推廣節(jié)能燈的使用。以LED燈、無(wú)極燈等新型光源將逐步取代傳統(tǒng)照明光源。在人類照明領(lǐng)域,無(wú)極節(jié)能燈是中國(guó)人唯一擁有完全自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的一種新型光源,F(xiàn)已廣泛的應(yīng)用在城市道路照明、隧道照明、工廠照明、辦公室照明等場(chǎng)所。我國(guó)出臺(tái)了一系列政策來(lái)推動(dòng)企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新,旨在促進(jìn)企業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)發(fā)展。而成都時(shí)代新源照明電器有限責(zé)任公司研制推出的無(wú)極燈系列產(chǎn)品,是工作在等離子體狀態(tài)下的照明光源,是代表照明技術(shù)高光效、長(zhǎng)壽命、高顯色性未來(lái)發(fā)展方向的新型光源。它必將成為21世紀(jì)最有發(fā)展前景的綠色節(jié)能照明光源換代產(chǎn)品。本文的撰寫(xiě)選材于成都時(shí)代新源照明無(wú)極燈研制生產(chǎn)項(xiàng)目以《項(xiàng)目管理知識(shí)體系指南》(PMBOK#174;指南)項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理體系為指南,對(duì)成都時(shí)代新源公司無(wú)極燈研發(fā)生產(chǎn)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)方面的管理研究和探討。全文共分六個(gè)章節(jié),本文首先闡述了研究的背景及意義并對(duì)當(dāng)前國(guó)內(nèi)外風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了梳理,同時(shí)還進(jìn)一步闡明了論文研究的主要內(nèi)容和方法;隨后本文根據(jù)研究的需要對(duì)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的相關(guān)理論和方法進(jìn)行了綜述,為論文后續(xù)提出成都時(shí)代新源公司無(wú)極燈研制項(xiàng)目這一案例的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理研究奠定了基礎(chǔ);緊接著是本文研究分析的重點(diǎn),全面對(duì)無(wú)極燈項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別,后分別從技術(shù)、生產(chǎn)、管理、資金、市場(chǎng)和環(huán)境風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素開(kāi)展風(fēng)險(xiǎn)定性分析,同時(shí)還運(yùn)用層次分析法和模糊綜合分析法來(lái)開(kāi)展風(fēng)險(xiǎn)定量評(píng)價(jià)從而最終得出無(wú)極燈項(xiàng)目的主要風(fēng)險(xiǎn)點(diǎn)。最后針對(duì)無(wú)極燈項(xiàng)目的主要風(fēng)險(xiǎn)點(diǎn)提出具體的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防控措施和對(duì)策,實(shí)現(xiàn)了研究無(wú)極燈項(xiàng)目風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的目的,同時(shí)還為成都時(shí)代新源公司高層在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理方面提供了有價(jià)值的參考;進(jìn)而希望中小企業(yè)對(duì)研發(fā)項(xiàng)目能重視風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的防控,提高項(xiàng)目的成功率。
[Abstract]:Energy saving and emission reduction have become the focus of global attention. At present, countries all over the world are vigorously promoting the use of energy-saving lamps. New light sources, such as LED lights and pole-less lamps, will gradually replace traditional lighting sources. In the field of human lighting, infinitesimal energy-saving lamp is the only new type of light source in China which has completely independent intellectual property rights. Has been widely used in urban road lighting, tunnel lighting, factory lighting, office lighting and other places. China has issued a series of policies to promote technological innovation in order to promote innovation-driven development of enterprises. And Chengdu era Xinyuan Lighting Electrical Appliance Co., Ltd. developed a series of endless lamps, which is a lighting source working in a plasma state. It is a representative of high lighting efficiency and long life span of lighting technology. A new type of light source with high color rendering in the future. It will become the most promising green energy-saving lighting source replacement products in the 21 st century. The writing materials of this paper are selected from the project of "Project Management knowledge system Guide" (PMBOK #174; Guide) Project risk Management system. This paper studies and discusses the risk management of Wuji lamp R & D and production project of Chengdu Times Xinyuan Company. The thesis is divided into six chapters. Firstly, this paper expounds the background and significance of the research, combs the current situation of risk management research at home and abroad, and further clarifies the main contents and methods of the research. Then this paper summarizes the theories and methods of risk management according to the needs of the research, which lays a foundation for the research of risk management in the case of Wuji lamp development project of Chengdu era Xinyuan Company. Then, the focus of this study is to identify the risk of the polar lamp project, and then to carry out qualitative risk analysis from technology, production, management, capital, market and environmental risk factors, respectively. At the same time, AHP and fuzzy comprehensive analysis are used to carry out quantitative risk evaluation to obtain the main risk points of the pole-less lamp project. Finally, aiming at the main risk points of the non-polar lamp project, the paper puts forward specific measures and countermeasures to prevent and control the risk, and realizes the purpose of studying the risk management of the non-polar lamp project. At the same time, it provides a valuable reference for the senior management of Xinyuan Company in Chengdu era, and hopes that the small and medium-sized enterprises can attach importance to the risk prevention and control of R & D projects and improve the success rate of the projects.
