【摘要】：隨著石油資源的日益枯竭,石油行業(yè)國際化市場的激烈化,油田企業(yè)的危機意識在不斷增加。油區(qū)生產經營效益的好壞,直接反映了其生產運行情況,這不僅關系到油田企業(yè)的生存,而且影響著國內經濟的發(fā)展。另外,隨著我國市場經濟的發(fā)展,原油的價格與國際接軌,如何開展效益評價、優(yōu)化投資方向,建立行之有效的油區(qū)效益評價體系、為生產經營提供決策的依據,已成為油田經營者當前最為關心的問題。因此,對CYT油區(qū)進行綜合效益的評價是十分必要的。本文首先介紹了油區(qū)效益評價研究的背景及意義,闡述了該領域國內外的研究現(xiàn)狀。在對油區(qū)效益評價的相關理論、原理、方法與步驟進行系統(tǒng)總結的基礎上,明確了油區(qū)效益評價指標體系構建的原則和思路。通過分析影響油區(qū)效益評價的相關因素,并結合CYT油區(qū)自身生產經營的特點,建立了一套科學合理、全方位分層次的單井效益評價指標體系,和從生產經營、投資、生產管理、盈利能力、成本管理、社會效益六個方面綜合反映油區(qū)綜合效益的評價指標體系。其次,根據CYT油區(qū)效益評價的特點,結合目前油區(qū)已有的效益評價指標體系,采用層次分析方法、綜合指數法等評價方法,對CYT油區(qū)的綜合效益狀況進行了評價與有效性分析,反映出該油區(qū)近幾年綜合效益的總體狀況,提出了提高CYT油區(qū)單井效益及綜合效益應采取的相關措施。
[Abstract]:With the increasingly depletion of oil resources and the fierce international market of oil industry, the crisis consciousness of oil field enterprises is increasing. The benefit of production and management in oil area directly reflects its production and operation, which is not only related to the survival of oil field enterprises, but also affects the development of domestic economy. In addition, with the development of China's market economy and the price of crude oil in line with international standards, how to carry out benefit evaluation, optimize investment direction, establish an effective evaluation system for oil region benefits, and provide a basis for decision making for production and operation. Has become the oil field operator at present most concerned about the problem. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the comprehensive benefit of CYT oil area. This paper first introduces the background and significance of the research on the evaluation of oil benefits, and expounds the present situation of the research at home and abroad in this field. On the basis of systematically summarizing the relevant theories, principles, methods and steps of benefit evaluation in oil region, the principles and ideas of constructing index system of benefit evaluation in oil area are clarified. Based on the analysis of the related factors affecting the benefit evaluation of oil area and the characteristics of CYT oil region's own production and management, a set of scientific and reasonable index system of single well benefit evaluation is set up, and the index system of single well benefit evaluation is established, which includes production management, investment and production management. The evaluation index system of profit ability, cost management and social benefit reflects the comprehensive benefit of oil area. Secondly, according to the characteristics of CYT oil area benefit evaluation, combined with the existing benefit evaluation index system in oil area at present, the comprehensive benefit status of CYT oil area is evaluated and analyzed by using AHP method, comprehensive index method and other evaluation methods. This paper reflects the general situation of the comprehensive benefit in this oil area in recent years, and puts forward the relevant measures to be taken to improve the benefit of single well and comprehensive benefit in CYT oil area.
