【摘要】:論文的主要工作是對(duì)S公司非標(biāo)設(shè)備制造項(xiàng)目管理流程進(jìn)行優(yōu)化研究,并形成一套系統(tǒng)可行的非標(biāo)設(shè)備制造項(xiàng)目管理流程體系。本文在總結(jié)了S公司非標(biāo)設(shè)備制造項(xiàng)目特點(diǎn)、項(xiàng)目管理實(shí)質(zhì)及其項(xiàng)目管理流程內(nèi)涵的基礎(chǔ)上,詳細(xì)分析了S公司當(dāng)前項(xiàng)目管理模式中存在的具體問題,由此進(jìn)一步闡明對(duì)S公司當(dāng)前非標(biāo)設(shè)備制造項(xiàng)目管理流程進(jìn)行優(yōu)化的必要性;本文闡述了業(yè)務(wù)流程優(yōu)化在非標(biāo)設(shè)備制造企業(yè)中的地位和作用,以此說明了在S公司非標(biāo)設(shè)備制造項(xiàng)目中應(yīng)用項(xiàng)目管理和業(yè)務(wù)流程優(yōu)化技術(shù)方法是十分必要的和科學(xué)的,結(jié)合現(xiàn)代項(xiàng)目管理理論的思想及方法對(duì)S公司當(dāng)前的非標(biāo)設(shè)備制造項(xiàng)目管理流程進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)。在非標(biāo)設(shè)備制造項(xiàng)目管理流程優(yōu)化過程中,本文首先闡述了非標(biāo)設(shè)備制造項(xiàng)目管理流程優(yōu)化的實(shí)施思路方法,分析了流程優(yōu)化過程中應(yīng)該注意的問題,并制定了非標(biāo)設(shè)備制造項(xiàng)目管理流程優(yōu)化的實(shí)施策略,主要包括流程優(yōu)化的目標(biāo)及具體實(shí)施步驟;然后分別對(duì)非標(biāo)設(shè)備制造項(xiàng)目的組織架構(gòu)及行為、設(shè)計(jì)軟件與SAP系統(tǒng)及項(xiàng)目管理各個(gè)階段流程進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì):最后通過建立非標(biāo)設(shè)備制造項(xiàng)目管理流程優(yōu)化評(píng)估模型對(duì)優(yōu)化后的流程實(shí)施效果進(jìn)行了綜合評(píng)估。論文在非標(biāo)設(shè)備制造項(xiàng)目管理流程優(yōu)化方面有助于S公司及非標(biāo)設(shè)備制造行業(yè)制造出更好的非標(biāo)設(shè)備,同時(shí)也有助于非標(biāo)設(shè)備制造行業(yè)流程優(yōu)化水平的提高及綜合管理水平的提升。
[Abstract]:The main work of this paper is to optimize the project management process of non-standard equipment manufacturing in S Company, and to form a set of system feasible non-standard equipment manufacturing project management process system. On the basis of summarizing the characteristics of non-standard equipment manufacturing project, the essence of project management and the connotation of project management process in S Company, this paper analyzes in detail the specific problems existing in the current project management mode of S Company. Therefore, the necessity of optimizing the current non-standard equipment manufacturing project management process of S Company is further clarified, and the position and role of business process optimization in non-standard equipment manufacturing enterprises are expounded in this paper. It shows that it is necessary and scientific to apply project management and business process optimization technology to the non-standard equipment manufacturing project of S Company. Based on the theory of modern project management, this paper optimizes the process of non-standard equipment manufacturing project management in S Company. In the process of non-standard equipment manufacturing project management process optimization, this paper first describes the implementation method of non-standard equipment manufacturing project management process optimization, and analyzes the problems that should be paid attention to in the process of non-standard equipment manufacturing project management process optimization. The implementation strategy of non-standard equipment manufacturing project management process optimization is established, including the goal and concrete implementation steps of process optimization, and then the organization structure and behavior of non-standard equipment manufacturing project are analyzed. The design software, the SAP system and the process of project management are optimized. Finally, the optimization evaluation model of non-standard equipment manufacturing project management process is established to evaluate the effect of the optimized process. The thesis is helpful to S Company and non-standard equipment manufacturing industry to make better non-standard equipment in the aspect of project management process optimization of non-standard equipment. At the same time, it also helps to improve the process optimization level and the integrated management level of non-standard equipment manufacturing industry.
