【摘要】:DQ集團(tuán)作為電站動(dòng)力設(shè)備和新能源領(lǐng)域開發(fā)與制造的國(guó)有大型骨干企業(yè),為適應(yīng)新經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)下國(guó)家能源發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略,需要實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品轉(zhuǎn)型、升級(jí)。隨著國(guó)家能源政策的調(diào)整,國(guó)家裝機(jī)總的容量日益飽和,市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)不斷加劇,受國(guó)家宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)影響,產(chǎn)品價(jià)格不斷下滑,DQ集團(tuán)發(fā)展中的諸多問(wèn)題和隱患漸漸暴露出來(lái),已嚴(yán)重制約DQ集團(tuán)的發(fā)展,其中主要問(wèn)題之一就是如何根據(jù)企業(yè)成本合理制定產(chǎn)品交付承諾期。論文研究思路是針對(duì)的問(wèn)題,采取理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際的方法予以解決。首先提出研究的背景,明確研究方向目的。然后,梳理相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)資料,確定研究的理論依據(jù);再通過(guò)實(shí)際調(diào)研、實(shí)證分析等方法對(duì)DQ集團(tuán)在生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中的現(xiàn)狀和存在問(wèn)題進(jìn)行研究和分析,找出癥結(jié)所在,并據(jù)此提出項(xiàng)目計(jì)劃管理中的優(yōu)化方法和具體實(shí)施方案。論文首先得到集中化決策下的最優(yōu)零售價(jià)格和最優(yōu)交貨期;然后在分散化決策下基于雙向拍賣機(jī)制得到DQ內(nèi)部轉(zhuǎn)讓價(jià)格,建立生產(chǎn)部門和營(yíng)銷部門的決策模型,得到最優(yōu)解;接著給出了DQ內(nèi)部的協(xié)調(diào)機(jī)制,并結(jié)合DQ情況給出了應(yīng)用案例;最后結(jié)合DQ信息化平臺(tái)情況,給出了基于承諾期的實(shí)施建議。
[Abstract]:DQ Group, as a large state-owned backbone enterprise in the development and manufacture of power plant power equipment and new energy, needs to realize product transformation and upgrade in order to adapt to the national energy development strategy under the new economic situation. With the adjustment of national energy policy, the total installed capacity of the country is saturated day by day, the market competition is becoming more and more intense. Under the influence of the national macroeconomic situation, many problems and hidden dangers in the development of DQ Group are gradually exposed due to the decline of product prices. The development of DQ Group has been seriously restricted. One of the main problems is how to make the product delivery commitment period reasonably according to the cost of the enterprise. The research idea of this paper is to solve the problem by combining theory with practice. Firstly, the background of the research is put forward, and the purpose of the research is clarified. Then, combing the relevant literature to determine the theoretical basis of the study; then through the actual investigation, empirical analysis and other methods of DQ Group in the production process of the current situation and existing problems to study and analysis, to find out the crux of the problem. According to this, the optimization method and concrete implementation scheme of project plan management are put forward. Firstly, the optimal retail price and the optimal delivery date are obtained under the centralized decision, then the internal transfer price of DQ is obtained based on the two-way auction mechanism under the decentralized decision, and the decision model of the production department and the marketing department is established, and the optimal solution is obtained. Then, the internal coordination mechanism of DQ is given, and an application case is given according to the DQ situation. Finally, the implementation suggestions based on the commitment period are given in the light of the DQ information platform.
