【摘要】：按照國家“走出去”戰(zhàn)略的要求，我國建筑承包商經(jīng)過多年的積極海外拓展，取得了驕人的成績，近幾年來，無論是參與國際市場投標(biāo)的企業(yè)數(shù)量還是所簽的合同額都迅速提升，業(yè)務(wù)規(guī)模持續(xù)擴大，技術(shù)含量不斷提高，國際競爭力顯著提高，出現(xiàn)了一批優(yōu)秀的跨國企業(yè)。在變化的國際競爭市場環(huán)境中，機遇與挑戰(zhàn)并存，國際工程承包商必須更加謹(jǐn)慎地拓展海外事業(yè)，看清形勢，努力讓自身更加穩(wěn)健地在國際市場上扎根壯大。然而，“走出去”容易，“站穩(wěn)”較難，，如何保持并培育自身獨特的競爭優(yōu)勢顯得尤為重要。 論文首先闡述了選題背景，國際承包商發(fā)展?fàn)顩r及存在的問題，提出了培育和提高我國建筑承包商國際核心競爭力的必要性。通過國內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)的綜述，從理論上分析了國際工程承包商的競爭力問題。論文從整體上分析目前我國建筑企業(yè)進(jìn)入國際225強的承包商在營業(yè)額、市場區(qū)域和業(yè)務(wù)領(lǐng)域等方面的現(xiàn)狀，并與國際頂級承包商的對應(yīng)方面進(jìn)行比較，分析我國國際工程承包商競爭的優(yōu)勢和主要存在的問題。隨后，運用文獻(xiàn)研究和案例研究等找出核心競爭力各要素，對要素進(jìn)行整理和歸類，并利用解釋結(jié)構(gòu)模型對各要素之間的相互作用關(guān)系進(jìn)行層級劃分，對培育和提升我國建筑承包商競爭力提供依據(jù)。最后，通過國際頂尖承包商的成功發(fā)展路徑，結(jié)合企業(yè)核心競爭力要素理論和我國承包商的差距所在，提出提高我國建筑承包商國際競爭力的建議及對策。
[Abstract]:In accordance with the requirements of the national "going out" strategy, Chinese construction contractors have made remarkable achievements after years of active overseas expansion. In recent years, Both the number of enterprises participating in international market bidding and the amount of contracts signed have been rapidly increased, the business scale has continued to expand, the technical content has been continuously improved, the international competitiveness has been improved significantly, and a number of excellent multinational enterprises have emerged. In the changing international competitive market environment, opportunities and challenges coexist, international engineering contractors must be more cautious to expand overseas undertakings, see clearly the situation, and strive to make their own more stable in the international market to take root. However, "going out" is easy, "standing firm" is more difficult, how to maintain and cultivate their own unique competitive advantage is particularly important. Firstly, this paper expounds the background of the topic, the development of international contractors and the existing problems, and puts forward the necessity of cultivating and improving the international core competitiveness of Chinese construction contractors. Through the review of domestic and foreign literature, the competitiveness of international engineering contractors is analyzed theoretically. This paper analyzes the present situation of the contractors of our country's construction enterprises entering the top 225 international companies in terms of turnover, market area and business field, and compares them with the corresponding aspects of the top international contractors. This paper analyzes the competitive advantages and main problems of China's international engineering contractors. Then, using literature research and case study to find out the elements of core competitiveness, collate and classify the elements, and use the explanatory structure model to classify the interaction between the elements. To cultivate and enhance the competitiveness of construction contractors in China to provide the basis. Finally, through the successful development path of the international top contractor, combined with the key factor theory of the enterprise's core competence and the gap between the Chinese contractor and the Chinese contractor, the paper puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures to improve the international competitiveness of the Chinese construction contractor.
