D公司技能人員培訓(xùn)體系改進(jìn)研究

【摘要】:隨著科技的不斷發(fā)展及信息技術(shù)的不斷普及,企業(yè)之間的競爭已經(jīng)不僅僅依靠傳統(tǒng)性的規(guī)模和實(shí)力來獲得市場,越來越多的企業(yè)認(rèn)識到,只有人才資源才是一個(gè)企業(yè)發(fā)展的先決條件。加強(qiáng)對員工的素質(zhì)培訓(xùn)和提升,已經(jīng)成為現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理的重要方式和手段。但是,由于我國歷史沿襲和思想觀念守舊等原因,大多數(shù)企業(yè)在員工培訓(xùn)上起步較晚,在與國際上發(fā)達(dá)國家先進(jìn)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)方面仍然存在嚴(yán)重的不足,缺乏系統(tǒng)性的培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃和專業(yè)的培訓(xùn)人才。作為現(xiàn)代制造業(yè)企業(yè),D公司對技術(shù)操作、加工設(shè)計(jì)與工藝的加工精度要求更加嚴(yán)格,因此,更加需要既掌握技術(shù)理論知識又掌握熟練的技術(shù)應(yīng)用能力的相應(yīng)人才,即通常所說的“高技能人才”。對于D公司而言,只有不斷完善培訓(xùn)系統(tǒng)和培養(yǎng)優(yōu)秀的高技能人才,才能在行業(yè)內(nèi)保持強(qiáng)有力的競爭力。首先,本文詳細(xì)分析了高技能人才的特征和作用,剖析了高技能人才短缺所產(chǎn)生的嚴(yán)重影響,從而得出了高技能人才培養(yǎng)對D公司戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展的重要性。其次,本論文從D公司的人力資源概況的分析入手,分析了D公司內(nèi)高技能人員的數(shù)量、學(xué)歷結(jié)構(gòu),再通過對D公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和經(jīng)營目標(biāo)的分析,確認(rèn)了高技能人才對公司發(fā)展的重要性和作用。再次,論文還通過對D公司現(xiàn)有的培訓(xùn)情況的數(shù)據(jù)的分析,匯總了公司高技能人才培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀;采用問卷調(diào)查和訪談法等的方式,指出D公司在高技能人才培養(yǎng)方面存在的問題,為下一步深入研究高技能人才培養(yǎng)體系的改進(jìn)做好準(zhǔn)備。最后,從培訓(xùn)需求分析、培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃制定、培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃實(shí)施和培訓(xùn)效果評估等方面詳細(xì)給出了改進(jìn)的方案,并有針對性的提出了完善D公司高技能人才培養(yǎng)體系的保障措施。因此,總結(jié)企業(yè)培訓(xùn)體系中存在的問題和不足、借鑒國際上先進(jìn)的人力資源培訓(xùn)管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),為企業(yè)建立完善的培訓(xùn)機(jī)制,發(fā)展培訓(xùn)體系有著深遠(yuǎn)的意義。
[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology and the popularization of information technology, competition among enterprises has not only relied on the traditional scale and strength to obtain the market, more and more enterprises realize that, Only the human resources is a prerequisite for the development of an enterprise. Strengthening the quality training and promotion of employees has become an important way and means of modern enterprise management. However, due to the historical tradition and conservative ideology of our country, the majority of enterprises start relatively late in staff training, and still have serious deficiencies in advanced management experience with developed countries in the world. Lack of systematic training programs and professional trainers. As a modern manufacturing enterprise, Company D has more stringent requirements for the precision of technology operation, process design and process, so it needs more qualified personnel who can master both technical theory knowledge and skilled technical application ability. That is, what is commonly referred to as a "highly skilled person". For company D, only by constantly improving the training system and cultivating excellent high skilled personnel, can we maintain strong competitiveness in the industry. First of all, this paper analyzes the characteristics and functions of high-skilled talents in detail, analyzes the serious impact of the shortage of high-skilled talents, and concludes the importance of high-skilled talents training to the strategic development of company D. Secondly, this paper begins with the analysis of the human resource situation of company D, analyzes the number of highly skilled personnel, the educational structure of company D, and then analyzes the development strategy and management goal of company D. The importance and function of high-skilled talents to the development of the company are confirmed. Thirdly, through the analysis of the current training data of company D, the paper summarizes the current situation of the training of high-skilled talents in the company, and points out the problems existing in the cultivation of high-skilled talents in company D by means of questionnaire survey and interviews, etc. For the next step to further study the training system of high-skilled personnel to improve the preparation. Finally, from the aspects of training demand analysis, training plan formulation, training plan implementation and training effect evaluation, this paper gives the improvement plan in detail, and puts forward the safeguard measures to perfect D company high skill talent training system. Therefore, it is of great significance to summarize the problems and shortcomings in the enterprise training system, to learn from the international advanced human resource training management experience, to establish the perfect training mechanism for the enterprise and to develop the training system.
