【摘要】:本論文是在我國環(huán)保形勢日益嚴(yán)峻的形勢下,以華電山東分公司為研究對象,研究發(fā)電企業(yè)在新形勢下的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。本論文收集了大量的電力行業(yè)數(shù)據(jù)資料,對發(fā)電行業(yè)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r和戰(zhàn)略管理理論進(jìn)行了簡要概述。運用PEST分析方法對華電山東分公司的政治法律環(huán)境、經(jīng)濟環(huán)境、社會文化及自然環(huán)境、技術(shù)環(huán)境等外部宏觀環(huán)境進(jìn)行了分析:運用波特五力模型對山東電力市場需求和市場競爭結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行分析,根據(jù)外部因素評價(EFE)矩陣分析方法,對華電山東分公司外部機會與威脅進(jìn)行匯總分析,研究了華電山東分公司面臨的機會和威脅。通過對華電山東分公司核心能力、原材料供應(yīng)、財務(wù)狀況、組織結(jié)構(gòu)、人力資源、營銷狀況等內(nèi)部環(huán)境分析,運用內(nèi)部因素評價(IFE)矩陣分析,研究了華電山東分公司的內(nèi)部狀況。在全面分析華電山東分公司的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境的基礎(chǔ)上,運用SWOT方法分析了企業(yè)面臨的機會和威脅,優(yōu)勢和劣勢,通過定量戰(zhàn)略計劃矩陣(QSPM)進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)略選擇和制定,確定華電山東分公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略:采取SO戰(zhàn)略—增長戰(zhàn)略,優(yōu)化發(fā)展高效“大火電”項目,加快清潔能源項目發(fā)展,積極擴大裝機規(guī)模。為保障戰(zhàn)略的有效實施,從優(yōu)化區(qū)域管控、新能源管控模式、提升資本運營能力、優(yōu)化人力資源管理等方面提出發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的保障措施。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the development strategy of power generation enterprises in the new situation is studied with Huadian Shandong Branch as the research object under the increasingly severe environmental protection situation in China. This paper collects a lot of data of electric power industry, and gives a brief overview of the development and strategic management theory of power generation industry. Using PEST analysis method to analyze the political and legal environment, economic environment, social culture and natural environment of Huadian Shandong Branch, The external macro environment, such as technical environment, is analyzed. The market demand and competition structure of Shandong electric power market are analyzed by using Porter's five-force model, and the EFE matrix analysis method is evaluated according to external factors. The external opportunities and threats of Huadian Shandong Branch are summarized and analyzed, and the opportunities and threats faced by Huadian Shandong Branch are studied. Through the core competence, raw material supply, financial situation, organizational structure, human resources, marketing situation and other internal environment analysis of Huadian Shandong Branch, using internal factors to evaluate the IFE matrix analysis, The internal condition of Huadian Shandong Branch is studied. On the basis of comprehensive analysis of the internal and external environment of Huadian Shandong Branch, this paper analyzes the opportunities and threats, advantages and disadvantages faced by enterprises by using SWOT method, and makes strategic choices and formulation through quantitative strategic planning matrix QSPM. To determine the development strategy of Huadian Shandong Branch: adopt so strategy-growth strategy, optimize the development of high efficiency "big thermal power" project, speed up the development of clean energy project, and actively expand the scale of installation. In order to ensure the effective implementation of the strategy, this paper puts forward the safeguard measures of the development strategy from the aspects of optimizing regional control, new energy control mode, improving the capital operation ability, optimizing human resource management and so on.
