【摘要】：精細(xì)化管理是一種先進(jìn)的管理方法,目前,在國內(nèi)外理論研究和實(shí)踐應(yīng)用方面,已經(jīng)取得了豐碩成果,精細(xì)化管理已成為形勢發(fā)展的客觀要求。井下作業(yè)是油田開發(fā)工作的重要環(huán)節(jié),其目標(biāo)是保持油水井高質(zhì)長效運(yùn)行。從現(xiàn)實(shí)情況看,孤島采油廠井下作業(yè)運(yùn)行中還存在一些粗放式管理的現(xiàn)象。審視問題的根源,既有來自運(yùn)行環(huán)境的制約,又有內(nèi)部管理的缺失。引入精細(xì)化管理,尋求破解的方法,具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。結(jié)合孤島采油廠井下作業(yè)管理現(xiàn)狀,運(yùn)用精細(xì)化管理理論,從源頭入手,進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)思考、科學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)。在建立模型、設(shè)計(jì)體系的基礎(chǔ)上,科學(xué)量化流程節(jié)點(diǎn),形成孤島采油廠井下作業(yè)精細(xì)化管理方案并加以實(shí)施。從實(shí)施效果上看,各項(xiàng)作業(yè)指標(biāo)呈現(xiàn)良好態(tài)勢,作業(yè)管理水平顯著提升。實(shí)踐證明,孤島采油廠井下作業(yè)精細(xì)化管理的方案是可行的。精細(xì)化管理是一項(xiàng)長期的、不斷改進(jìn)的方法。就目前孤島采油廠的實(shí)際來看,尚有需要完善與提高的方面,有待于進(jìn)一步研究。
[Abstract]:Fine management is an advanced management method. At present, great achievements have been made in the theoretical research and practical application at home and abroad, and fine management has become the objective requirement of the development of the situation. Downhole operation is an important part of oilfield development, and its goal is to maintain high quality and long-term operation of oil-water wells. From the reality, there are some extensive management phenomena in the downhole operation of Gudao Oil production Plant. Examine the root of the problem, both from the operational environment constraints, but also the lack of internal management. It is of great practical significance to introduce fine management and seek the method of cracking. Combined with the present situation of underground operation management in Gudao Oil production Plant, the detailed management theory is used to carry out systematic thinking and scientific design from the source. On the basis of establishing model and designing system, the scientific quantification process node is established to form the fine management scheme of downhole operation in Gudao Oil production Plant and to implement it. From the implementation effect, the operational indicators show a good situation, the level of operational management significantly improved. The practice proves that the scheme of fine management of downhole operation in Gudao Oil production Plant is feasible. Fine management is a long-term, constantly improving method. In view of the actual situation of Gudao Oil production Plant at present, there are still some aspects that need to be improved and improved, which need to be further studied.
