【摘要】：投資效益分析是項目生命周期中不可或缺的環(huán)節(jié)，對項目進行投資效益分析有利于提高項目的決策水平和管理質(zhì)量，，可以有效地減少盲目投資行為和短期行為。電力建設(shè)項目由于其本身具有投資額高和建設(shè)期長的特點，使得在此類建設(shè)項目中一旦出現(xiàn)投資決策失誤將給企業(yè)帶來巨大損失，這使得針對電力建設(shè)項目所進行的投資效益分析顯得尤其重要，同時其分析過程和評價標(biāo)準(zhǔn)也更為嚴格。 本文在對華能魏家峁煤電一體化項目建設(shè)方案進行具體介紹的基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合該項目的財務(wù)效益、國民經(jīng)濟效益和社會效益三個方面的分析，對整個建設(shè)項目的投資效益進行了分析評價。首先對選題背景和選題意義進行了闡述，分析了國內(nèi)外研究學(xué)者在項目的投資效益評價分析上的研究現(xiàn)狀；然后給出了對煤電一體化項目進行投資效益分析的理論基礎(chǔ)并對華能魏家峁煤電一體化電廠的概況進行了介紹并對該項目建設(shè)的必要性進行了研究分析；進而介紹了項目的基本情況并分析此項目技術(shù)可行性；最后，從財務(wù)效益、國民經(jīng)濟效益和社會效益三個方面建立了華能魏家峁煤電一體化項目的評價指標(biāo)體系、運用層次分析法確定各項權(quán)重、運用模糊綜合評價的方法對該項目進行全面分析評價得到該項目方案的投資效益分析評價結(jié)果。結(jié)果顯示該項目方案在財務(wù)效益、國民經(jīng)濟效益、社會效益評價上均具有較高的得分，表明項目各方面效益較好，方案可行。希望本文的研究成果能夠為今后類似項目方案的投資效益分析提供借鑒參考。
[Abstract]:Investment benefit analysis is an indispensable link in the project life cycle. Investment benefit analysis can improve the decision-making level and management quality of the project, and can effectively reduce blind investment behavior and short-term behavior. Because the electric power construction project has the characteristic of high investment and long construction period, it will bring huge losses to the enterprise once the investment decision error occurs in this kind of construction project. This makes the investment benefit analysis of electric power construction project especially important, at the same time, its analysis process and evaluation standard are more strict. On the basis of introducing the construction plan of Huaneng Weijiaomao coal and electricity integration project, this paper analyzes the financial benefit, national economic benefit and social benefit of the project. The investment benefit of the whole construction project is analyzed and evaluated. First of all, the background and significance of the topic are expounded, and the research status of domestic and foreign scholars in the evaluation of investment benefits of the project is analyzed. Then it gives the theoretical basis of investment benefit analysis of coal-power integration project, introduces the general situation of Huaneng Weimao coal-power integrated power plant, and studies the necessity of the project construction. Then it introduces the basic situation of the project and analyzes the technical feasibility of the project. Finally, the evaluation index system of Huaneng Weijiaomao coal and electricity integration project is established from three aspects: financial benefit, national economic benefit and social benefit. The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used to determine the weight of the project and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to analyze and evaluate the project comprehensively. The result of investment benefit analysis and evaluation of the project is obtained. The results show that the project has a higher score in financial benefit, national economic benefit and social benefit evaluation, which indicates that the project has better benefit in all aspects and the scheme is feasible. It is hoped that the research results of this paper can provide a reference for the investment benefit analysis of similar projects in the future.
