科萊恩公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:中外合資企業(yè)由中外投資者共同出資建立,在我國(guó)實(shí)行市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)以來(lái),其在稅收、經(jīng)營(yíng)上一直受到我國(guó)政府的各項(xiàng)照顧政策,中外合資企業(yè)也因此與民營(yíng)企業(yè)、國(guó)有企業(yè)不在一個(gè)起跑線(xiàn)上,在一樣的經(jīng)營(yíng)狀況下,中外合資企業(yè)能夠取得更大的收益。本文通過(guò)中瑞合資的科萊恩公司的實(shí)際例子,對(duì)化工類(lèi)中外合資企業(yè)的經(jīng)營(yíng)特點(diǎn)及所面臨的市場(chǎng)新形勢(shì)進(jìn)行全面的分析,提出企業(yè)在經(jīng)營(yíng)發(fā)展中應(yīng)采取的正確戰(zhàn)略與戰(zhàn)術(shù),并為企業(yè)的發(fā)展給出良好的策略。 本文通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)分析法和理論與實(shí)踐結(jié)合分析法,根據(jù)本選題所針對(duì)的研究方向,結(jié)合科萊恩公司公司的發(fā)展規(guī)律,從市場(chǎng)和企業(yè)的角度,運(yùn)用市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷(xiāo)學(xué),SWOT分析方法,通過(guò)理論與實(shí)證相結(jié)合的研究方法對(duì)本文進(jìn)行研究。 本文研究?jī)?nèi)容包括:緒論部分,闡述了本文研究的背景和意義,并對(duì)本文研究的內(nèi)容和研究方法進(jìn)行介紹;理論與國(guó)內(nèi)外研究綜述,,包括對(duì)合資企業(yè),戰(zhàn)略及戰(zhàn)略管理的概念界定,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略管理研究綜述,包括理論研究情況,發(fā)展趨勢(shì)和研究現(xiàn)狀;我國(guó)中外合資化工企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略選擇與實(shí)施,對(duì)中外合資化工企業(yè)SWOT矩陣匹配進(jìn)行分析,并介紹了中外合資化工企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略選擇;科萊恩公司SWOT戰(zhàn)略模型分析,在分析了科萊恩公司內(nèi)外部環(huán)境的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)科萊恩公司的SWOT矩陣進(jìn)行分析;科萊恩公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略完善建議,公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略現(xiàn)狀分析,提出完善科萊恩公司公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和公司戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施保障。 本文的研究結(jié)論為:中外合資化工企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略選擇包括:專(zhuān)業(yè)化經(jīng)營(yíng)戰(zhàn)略、財(cái)務(wù)、人才、信息化戰(zhàn)略、管理、科技創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略、企業(yè)文化品牌戰(zhàn)略和聯(lián)盟戰(zhàn)略;戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施的保障有組織保障和資源保障,戰(zhàn)略績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)可以通過(guò)平衡計(jì)分卡來(lái)進(jìn)行;通過(guò)對(duì)科萊恩公司內(nèi)外部環(huán)境分析,對(duì)科萊恩公司的SWOT矩陣模型進(jìn)行分析,發(fā)現(xiàn),科萊恩公司在發(fā)展中存在機(jī)遇,也有挑戰(zhàn),具有優(yōu)勢(shì)也有劣勢(shì);基于以上分析,對(duì)科萊恩公司提出發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的改善建議,如擴(kuò)大產(chǎn)能,搶占市場(chǎng)份額、積極的產(chǎn)品組合和信息戰(zhàn)略機(jī)制、財(cái)務(wù)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略和建立與可再生原材料供應(yīng)商的戰(zhàn)略同盟,保障戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施的措施有,人力資源保障和績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)的保障。
[Abstract]:Sino-foreign joint ventures are jointly funded by Chinese and foreign investors. Since the implementation of the market economy in china, they have been under the care of the Chinese government in terms of tax revenue and operation. As a result, china-foreign joint ventures have also worked with private enterprises State-owned enterprises are not at the same starting line, and under the same operating conditions, joint ventures can make greater profits. Through the actual example of Clariant Company, a Sino-Swiss joint venture, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the management characteristics and the new market situation faced by the Sino-foreign joint venture of chemical industry, and puts forward the correct strategy and tactics that should be adopted by the enterprise in the course of operation and development. And give a good strategy for the development of enterprises. This article through the literature analysis method and the theory and the practice union analysis method, according to the research direction which this topic chooses, unifies the Clariant company's development rule, from the market and the enterprise angle, uses the marketing science to study the SWOT analysis method, Through the combination of theory and empirical research methods to study this paper. The research contents of this paper include: introduction, the background and significance of this study, and the introduction of the content and research methods of this paper; the theoretical and domestic and foreign research review, including the joint venture, The concept of strategy and strategic management is defined, and the research on strategic management of domestic and foreign enterprises is summarized, including theoretical research, development trend and present situation, strategic choice and implementation of Sino-foreign joint venture chemical enterprises in China. The SWOT matrix matching of Sino-foreign joint venture chemical enterprises is analyzed, and the strategic choice of Sino-foreign joint venture chemical enterprises is introduced. The SWOT strategic model of Clariant Company is analyzed, and the internal and external environment of Clariant Company is analyzed. Based on the analysis of Clariant's SWOT matrix, the suggestions of Clariant's development strategy, the present situation of the company's development strategy, the improvement of Clariant's development strategy and the implementation of the company's strategy are put forward. The conclusions of this paper are as follows: the strategic choice of Sino-foreign joint venture chemical enterprises includes: specialized management strategy, finance, talent, information strategy, management, scientific and technological innovation strategy, corporate culture brand strategy and alliance strategy; The strategic performance evaluation can be carried out by balanced scorecard. By analyzing the internal and external environment of Clariant Company, the SWOT matrix model of Clariant Company is analyzed. Clariant has opportunities, challenges, advantages and disadvantages in its development. Based on the above analysis, Clariant puts forward suggestions for improvement of its development strategy, such as expanding production capacity and seizing market share. Positive product mix and information strategy mechanism, financial development strategy and strategic alliance with renewable raw material suppliers, measures to ensure the implementation of the strategy, human resources guarantee and performance evaluation guarantee.
