【摘要】:本文在路徑依賴相關(guān)文獻研究、資料和數(shù)據(jù)收集的整理和分析的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合中國國有企業(yè)的發(fā)展背景,將東方汽輪機有限公司作為案例,選取戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃的制定和發(fā)展路徑作為研究課題,回顧并總結(jié)企業(yè)的發(fā)展歷程、規(guī)劃的制定過程和實施效果,探索企業(yè)自身的發(fā)展路徑和制定戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃的相互作用,研究戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃制定過程中的影響因素,試圖為國有企業(yè)在進行戰(zhàn)略調(diào)整和變革時提供一種選擇思路。本文的研究框架如下:第一章緒論部分介紹本文的研究背景、要研究的問題、研究方法和研究內(nèi)容;第二章概述國內(nèi)外研究情況和相關(guān)理論成果;第三章對宏觀環(huán)境、發(fā)電設(shè)備行業(yè)的發(fā)展變遷做了總結(jié),對東汽戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃歷程、發(fā)展演變做了梳理;第四章結(jié)合東方汽輪機有限公司的戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃制定和經(jīng)營發(fā)展的實踐,從內(nèi)部、外部等多角度進行案例分析,以得出本文的理論成果;結(jié)論與展望部分給出研究結(jié)論與進一步研究的問題。通過研究,本文得出以下結(jié)論:第一,企業(yè)的改革和發(fā)展過程是存在路徑依賴的;第二,一定時期制定的戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃對企業(yè)的發(fā)展有良性指導(dǎo)作用,而在另一時期內(nèi)可能帶來風(fēng)險;第三,企業(yè)應(yīng)正確認識到“路徑依賴”的存在,但更重要的是路徑的進化和發(fā)現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:On the basis of research, data collection and analysis of path dependence, this paper takes Dongfang Steam Turbine Co., Ltd as a case study, combined with the development background of state-owned enterprises in China. This paper selects the formulation and path of strategic planning as the research topic, reviews and summarizes the development course of the enterprise, the formulation process and the implementation effect of the plan, and explores the interaction between the development path of the enterprise itself and the formulation of the strategic plan. This paper studies the influencing factors in the process of making strategic planning, and tries to provide a kind of choice for state-owned enterprises in the process of strategic adjustment and reform. The research framework of this paper is as follows: the first chapter introduces the research background, the research methods and the research contents; the second chapter summarizes the domestic and foreign research situation and related theoretical results; the third chapter introduces the macro environment. This paper summarizes the development and changes of the power generation equipment industry, combs the history and evolution of Dongqi's strategic planning. Chapter four combines the strategic planning and management development practice of Dongfang Steam Turbine Co., Ltd., from the inside, In order to obtain the theoretical results of this paper, the conclusion and prospect part gives the research conclusions and further research problems. Through the research, this paper draws the following conclusions: first, the process of enterprise reform and development is path-dependent; second, the strategic planning made in a certain period of time has a positive guiding role for the development of enterprises. In another period, it may bring risks. Third, enterprises should recognize the existence of "path dependence" correctly, but more importantly, the evolution and discovery of path.
