【摘要】：全球經(jīng)濟(jì)趨向好轉(zhuǎn)，我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展穩(wěn)步向前，隨著國(guó)家政策的提出和國(guó)際形勢(shì)的改變，裝備制造業(yè)的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)升級(jí)勢(shì)在必行，產(chǎn)業(yè)間的協(xié)作越來(lái)越常態(tài)化，因此處在經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型期的裝備制造業(yè)與生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)的融合是其發(fā)展的必然趨勢(shì)。全球都在向“服務(wù)型”經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)變的背景下，生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)與裝備制造業(yè)的融合勢(shì)必會(huì)帶動(dòng)裝備制造業(yè)的發(fā)展，實(shí)現(xiàn)我國(guó)裝備制造業(yè)在全球價(jià)值鏈上的攀升。作為我國(guó)發(fā)展最早的老工業(yè)基地，，東北地區(qū)裝備制造業(yè)的振興和發(fā)展勢(shì)必會(huì)帶動(dòng)整個(gè)地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展，因此對(duì)東北地區(qū)生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)與裝備制造業(yè)融合問(wèn)題的研究具有重要戰(zhàn)略意義。 本文借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)與裝備制造業(yè)發(fā)展問(wèn)題的相關(guān)研究，結(jié)合全球價(jià)值鏈理論、產(chǎn)業(yè)互動(dòng)理論、產(chǎn)業(yè)融合理論以及勞動(dòng)分工理論對(duì)生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)與裝備制造業(yè)的融合動(dòng)因進(jìn)行分析，分析了生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)與裝備制造業(yè)的融合過(guò)程，并總結(jié)出生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)與裝備制造業(yè)融合影響因素，并結(jié)合隨機(jī)前沿性分析方法對(duì)其影響因素進(jìn)行檢驗(yàn)，揭示了生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)與裝備制造業(yè)的融合機(jī)理；針對(duì)東北地區(qū)裝備制造業(yè)價(jià)值鏈及產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈，提出了融合模式設(shè)計(jì)思路，設(shè)計(jì)出東北地區(qū)生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)與裝備制造業(yè)融合模式，并提出適用條件；結(jié)合東北地區(qū)各行業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，明確了融合模式的選擇方法，對(duì)東北地區(qū)各行業(yè)的融合模式進(jìn)行選擇；最后，提出了東北地區(qū)生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)與裝備制造業(yè)融合模式的實(shí)現(xiàn)及保障策略。
[Abstract]:With the development of national policy and the change of international situation, it is imperative to upgrade the industrial structure of equipment manufacturing industry, and the cooperation between industries is becoming more and more regular. Therefore, the integration of equipment manufacturing and producer services in economic transition is the inevitable trend of its development. Under the background of global transformation to "service-oriented" economy, the integration of producer service industry and equipment manufacturing industry is bound to promote the development of equipment manufacturing industry and realize the climbing of China's equipment manufacturing industry in the global value chain. As the earliest old industrial base in China, the revitalization and development of the equipment manufacturing industry in the Northeast region is bound to drive the economic development of the whole region. Therefore, it is of strategic significance to study the integration of producer services and equipment manufacturing in Northeast China. This article draws lessons from the domestic and foreign related research on the development of producer service industry and equipment manufacturing industry, combined with the theory of global value chain, the theory of industrial interaction, The theory of industrial convergence and the theory of division of labor analyze the causes of the integration of producer services and equipment manufacturing, and analyze the process of integration of producer services and equipment manufacturing. The influencing factors of the integration of producer service industry and equipment manufacturing industry are summarized, and the influencing factors are tested with the method of random frontier analysis, and the fusion mechanism of producer service industry and equipment manufacturing industry is revealed. Aiming at the value chain and industry chain of equipment manufacturing in Northeast China, this paper puts forward the design idea of fusion mode, designs the integration mode of producer service industry and equipment manufacturing industry in Northeast China, and puts forward the applicable conditions. Combined with the development of various industries in Northeast China, the selection method of fusion mode is defined, and the integration mode of each industry in Northeast China is selected. Finally, The realization and guarantee strategy of the integration mode of producer service industry and equipment manufacturing industry in Northeast China are put forward.
