基于產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈視角的嵊州領(lǐng)帶行業(yè)優(yōu)化升級(jí)戰(zhàn)略研究

【摘要】:第一章闡明了論文寫(xiě)作的背景。通過(guò)介紹浙江經(jīng)濟(jì)的特色引出浙江經(jīng)濟(jì)具有產(chǎn)業(yè)集群化的特點(diǎn),說(shuō)明產(chǎn)業(yè)集群化對(duì)浙江經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要影響。然而,面對(duì)金融危機(jī)帶來(lái)的影響,產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的面臨新的挑戰(zhàn),會(huì)引發(fā)全球新一輪的產(chǎn)業(yè)調(diào)整,需要對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈進(jìn)行整合升級(jí)才能提升競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。 第二章進(jìn)行了相關(guān)理論研究。從國(guó)內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)學(xué)習(xí)中提出了對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的理論淵源、產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的主要內(nèi)涵、產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的形成與構(gòu)建、產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的整合與升級(jí)等方面的文獻(xiàn)研究,同時(shí)對(duì)于產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈理論與產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈升級(jí)方面進(jìn)行了聯(lián)系,更深刻的了解產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈理論以及產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈整合升級(jí)等相關(guān)內(nèi)容,為嵊州領(lǐng)帶產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的研究提供了理論基礎(chǔ)。 第三章綜述了嵊州領(lǐng)帶行業(yè)情況。通過(guò)對(duì)嵊州領(lǐng)帶行業(yè)的發(fā)展過(guò)程來(lái)了解嵊州領(lǐng)帶集群的歷史和衍變歷程;通過(guò)調(diào)研走訪、收集資料等方法得到了嵊州領(lǐng)帶行業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,并結(jié)合當(dāng)?shù)貙?shí)際對(duì)發(fā)展規(guī)劃進(jìn)行了闡述。 第四章分析了嵊州領(lǐng)帶的產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈情況。通過(guò)對(duì)現(xiàn)狀的研究之后,對(duì)嵊州領(lǐng)帶行業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的問(wèn)題分析,同樣是從上游、中游、下游三個(gè)階段進(jìn)行分析,對(duì)每個(gè)階段都提出了三方面的問(wèn)題。最好用SWOFT等方法來(lái)分析嵊州領(lǐng)帶行業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈整合的優(yōu)劣勢(shì)。 第五章提出了嵊州領(lǐng)帶行業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈整合的戰(zhàn)略設(shè)計(jì)。在對(duì)上游的戰(zhàn)略設(shè)計(jì)者提出了三點(diǎn)建議,分別是外拓基地以化解原材料供應(yīng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)、整合上游以降低原材料采購(gòu)成本、兼并重組以促進(jìn)原材料企業(yè)集群;在對(duì)中游的戰(zhàn)略設(shè)計(jì)者提出了三點(diǎn)建議,分別是加大領(lǐng)帶行業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈中游的人才投入、加大領(lǐng)帶行業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈中游的科研投入、加大領(lǐng)帶行業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈中游的品牌投入;在對(duì)下游的戰(zhàn)略設(shè)計(jì)者提出了三點(diǎn)建議,分別是完善配套設(shè)施,提升產(chǎn)業(yè)公共服務(wù)水平、完善銷售渠道,,提升產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)代營(yíng)銷水平、完善組團(tuán)模式,提升產(chǎn)業(yè)整體競(jìng)爭(zhēng)水平。 第六章進(jìn)行了嵊州領(lǐng)帶產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈整合的實(shí)證研究。以嵊州市巴貝領(lǐng)帶有限公司為例,通過(guò)對(duì)該公司的簡(jiǎn)要介紹來(lái)初步了解巴貝領(lǐng)帶有限公司;通過(guò)嵊州市巴貝領(lǐng)帶有限公司上游企業(yè)的收購(gòu)、緊抓技改和品牌、設(shè)立國(guó)外設(shè)計(jì)室、開(kāi)設(shè)全球直營(yíng)店等四個(gè)方面來(lái)闡述該公司產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈整合的策略;通過(guò)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈整合后公司領(lǐng)帶業(yè)務(wù)的增加、價(jià)值鏈價(jià)值的提升、一體化戰(zhàn)略的顯現(xiàn)等三個(gè)方面來(lái)分析巴貝領(lǐng)帶有限公司產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈整合后的實(shí)效。 第七章歸納了文章的研究及創(chuàng)新內(nèi)容,并且提出了未來(lái)的工作的期望。
[Abstract]:The first chapter explains the background of the thesis. By introducing the characteristics of Zhejiang economy, the paper points out that Zhejiang economy has the characteristics of industrial cluster, and explains the important influence of industrial cluster on Zhejiang economy. However, in the face of the impact of the financial crisis, industrial clusters will face new challenges, which will lead to a new round of global industrial adjustment, which requires the integration and upgrading of the industrial chain in order to enhance competitiveness. The second chapter carries on the related theory research. The theoretical origin of industrial chain, the main connotation of industrial chain, the formation and construction of industrial chain, the integration and upgrading of industrial chain and so on are put forward from the literature study at home and abroad. At the same time, the theory of industrial chain and the upgrading of industrial chain are connected, and the theory of industrial chain and the integration and upgrading of industrial chain are deeply understood, which provides a theoretical basis for the research of Shengzhou necktie industrial chain. The third chapter summarizes the necktie industry in Shengzhou. Through the development of the necktie industry in Shengzhou to understand the history and evolution of the necktie cluster in Shengzhou, through research visits, data collection and other methods to obtain the development of the necktie industry in Shengzhou, Combined with the local reality, the development planning is expounded. The fourth chapter analyzes the industrial chain of Shengzhou necktie. After the study of the present situation, the problems of the necktie industry chain in Shengzhou are also analyzed from the upstream, middle and downstream stages, and three problems are put forward in each stage. It is best to use SWOFT and other methods to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the integration of the tie industry chain in Shengzhou. Chapter five puts forward the strategic design of the integration of necktie industry chain in Shengzhou. Three suggestions are put forward to the upstream strategy designers, which are to expand the base to resolve the risk of raw material supply, to integrate upstream to reduce the cost of purchasing raw materials, and to merge and reorganize to promote the cluster of raw material enterprises. In the middle of the strategic designer put forward three suggestions, respectively, is to increase the tie industry chain midstream talent investment, increase tie industry chain midstream research investment, increase tie industry chain brand investment; Three suggestions are put forward to the strategy designers in the downstream, which are to perfect the supporting facilities, improve the level of industrial public service, perfect the sales channels, improve the modern marketing level of the industry, perfect the mode of group formation, and enhance the overall competition level of the industry. The sixth chapter carries on the empirical research of Shengzhou necktie industry chain integration. Take Shengzhou Babe tie Co., Ltd as an example, through a brief introduction to the company, we can get a preliminary understanding of Babe tie Co., Ltd., through the acquisition of upstream enterprises of Shengzhou Babe tie Co., Ltd., we should pay close attention to technical transformation and brand, and set up foreign design rooms. Open a global direct store and other four aspects to explain the integration of the company's industrial chain strategy, through the industrial chain integration of the company's tie business increase, the value of the value chain, The appearance of integration strategy and other three aspects to analyze the effectiveness of the integration of Babe tie Co., Ltd. after the industrial chain. The seventh chapter summarizes the research and innovation of the article, and puts forward the expectation of future work.
