【摘要】:在激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中,企業(yè)只有具備核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力才能獲得持久的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì),即核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力使企業(yè)有能力在很長(zhǎng)一段時(shí)間在提供客戶價(jià)值過(guò)程中能夠領(lǐng)先于競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手。高端制造業(yè)作為我國(guó)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)重要組成部分,它的可持續(xù)發(fā)展必須具備強(qiáng)大的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。FSK公司是一家專門研發(fā),生產(chǎn),銷售汽車變速箱的高端制造企業(yè),企業(yè)處于快速成長(zhǎng)階段。隨著人們的經(jīng)濟(jì)生活水平得到不斷提高,國(guó)內(nèi)市民對(duì)汽車需求量也越來(lái)越大,另外,中國(guó)的汽車工業(yè)快速發(fā)展,作為汽車的核心部件變速箱其需求量必將越來(lái)越大。如何在同國(guó)內(nèi)外同類企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中獲得長(zhǎng)期的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì),核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力是關(guān)鍵。本文以FSK公司作為實(shí)際案例,分析了FSK公司的運(yùn)營(yíng)狀況,指出了企業(yè)在核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力培育中存在的問(wèn)題,并提出改進(jìn)方法。試圖為FSK公司建立一套科學(xué)的、系統(tǒng)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力制度提供參考意見(jiàn)。本文共分五章:第一章,主要介紹了研究背景和意義,研究?jī)?nèi)容和方法,創(chuàng)新和不足之處;第二章,介紹了核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的理論,包括核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的概念、特點(diǎn)、構(gòu)成要素和核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力識(shí)別的意義;第三章,結(jié)合核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力理論與中國(guó)的高端制造業(yè)的特點(diǎn),總結(jié)出我國(guó)高端制造業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的識(shí)別與培育方法。在識(shí)別核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力時(shí),列舉了價(jià)值鏈理論和波特的SWOT分析法;第四章,FSK公司核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力研究,包括FSK公司簡(jiǎn)介和組織結(jié)構(gòu),FSK公司的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力識(shí)別與培育;第五章,FSK公司核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力建設(shè)的保障措施;最后一個(gè)部分是本論文的結(jié)論,提出了本研究的不足以及未來(lái)的研究展望。
[Abstract]:In the fierce market competition, only enterprises have the core competence to obtain the lasting competitive advantage, that is, the core competence enables the enterprise to lead the competitors in the process of providing customer value for a long time. High-end manufacturing industry as an important part of our market economy, its sustainable development must have a strong core competitiveness. FSK Company is a high-end manufacturing enterprise specializing in R & D, production and sales of automobile gearboxes. The enterprise is in the rapid growth stage. With the improvement of people's economic standard of living, the demand for automobile is increasing. In addition, with the rapid development of automobile industry in China, the demand of gearbox, as the core component of automobile, will be more and more. How to gain long-term competitive advantage in the competition with domestic and foreign enterprises is the key. This paper takes FSK Company as a practical case, analyzes the operation situation of FSK Company, points out the problems existing in the cultivation of core competence of enterprises, and puts forward the improvement methods. This paper attempts to provide reference for FSK to establish a scientific and systematic system of core competitiveness. This paper is divided into five chapters: the first chapter mainly introduces the research background and significance, research content and methods, innovation and deficiencies, the second chapter, introduced the core competitiveness theory, including the concept of core competitiveness, characteristics, The third chapter, combining the theory of core competence and the characteristics of high-end manufacturing industry in China, summarizes the recognition and cultivation methods of core competence of high-end manufacturing industry in China. In identifying the core competence, the author lists the value chain theory and Porter's SWOT analysis, the fourth chapter is the research on the core competence of the FSK company, including the identification and cultivation of the core competence of the FSK company, including the introduction and organizational structure of the company. The last part is the conclusion of this paper, and puts forward the deficiency of this research and the prospect of future research.
