代工生產(chǎn)企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)物流績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)研究

【摘要】:生產(chǎn)物流作為現(xiàn)代物流的一個(gè)重要組成部分越來越受到制造類企業(yè)的重視。更多的企業(yè)將生產(chǎn)的工序例如組裝、檢測(cè)、出廠等與物流管理中的物料運(yùn)輸、采購(gòu)、準(zhǔn)時(shí)制等相結(jié)合,優(yōu)化整個(gè)生產(chǎn)制造的物流流程。另一方面,代工企業(yè)近年來的發(fā)展迅速,它的生產(chǎn)狀況直接影響著供應(yīng)鏈下游企業(yè)的發(fā)展。我國(guó)作為代工加工和出口加工的主要國(guó)家之一,代工企業(yè)的市場(chǎng)地位非常重要,對(duì)于代工企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)物流績(jī)效研究有助于提高我國(guó)代工企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)效率。所以,代工企業(yè)生產(chǎn)物流績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)體系的建立能夠更加清楚的了解代工企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)水平,對(duì)于我國(guó)代工企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)物流績(jī)效整體水平的考察有重要的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文首先對(duì)物流績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)理論和代工企業(yè)定義和外延進(jìn)行了探討,對(duì)KPI和平衡記分卡的構(gòu)建方法和理念進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)單的介紹,它們是全文的基礎(chǔ)理論和概念,分析了物流績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)的內(nèi)涵、特點(diǎn)和意義等;之后又從KPI和BSC的角度出發(fā),研究了這兩種評(píng)價(jià)體系構(gòu)建理論的原則、框架等內(nèi)容;在理論的基礎(chǔ)上介紹了代工企業(yè)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r和其生產(chǎn)物流的特點(diǎn),研究和闡述了代工生產(chǎn)型企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)物流系統(tǒng)特點(diǎn)。其次,結(jié)合代工企業(yè)的精益生產(chǎn)的特點(diǎn),按照代工企業(yè)的一般發(fā)展目標(biāo),,采用BSC的構(gòu)建和評(píng)價(jià)方法,分別從成本視角(7個(gè))、生產(chǎn)視角(5個(gè))、流程視角(5個(gè))、學(xué)習(xí)與成長(zhǎng)視角(4個(gè))構(gòu)建相應(yīng)的生產(chǎn)物流績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)體系,并按照模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法選擇資產(chǎn)報(bào)酬率、訂單完成率、準(zhǔn)時(shí)交貨率、員工在職率等指標(biāo)納入各個(gè)評(píng)價(jià)體系。評(píng)價(jià)體系構(gòu)建完成后,通過熵權(quán)法計(jì)算出各個(gè)層次的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的權(quán)重,按照平衡記分卡的要求和流程可以對(duì)代工企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)物流績(jī)效進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。 在此基礎(chǔ)上,本文選擇CCL企業(yè)作為實(shí)例進(jìn)行分析,分析該企業(yè)2012年生產(chǎn)流程優(yōu)化后的生產(chǎn)物流績(jī)效情況,分別從長(zhǎng)期(平衡記分卡)和短期(數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)分析)發(fā)展來分析CCL企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)物流績(jī)效情況,計(jì)算出各個(gè)指標(biāo)的得分和排序,生產(chǎn)效率和生產(chǎn)資產(chǎn)回報(bào)率明顯提高,結(jié)果顯示大多數(shù)的指標(biāo)有明顯的改善,說明生產(chǎn)流水線重組后的生產(chǎn)物流績(jī)效也得到了優(yōu)化,新的生產(chǎn)流水線可以滿足企業(yè)的代工生產(chǎn)需求。該評(píng)價(jià)體系的結(jié)論促使代工企業(yè)將生產(chǎn)物流發(fā)展成為戰(zhàn)略性活動(dòng),并為代工生產(chǎn)型企業(yè)甚至是各類生產(chǎn)企業(yè)績(jī)效考評(píng)提供一種科學(xué)的管理方法,希望能對(duì)企業(yè)具體的運(yùn)營(yíng)、管理過程提供參考。
[Abstract]:As an important part of modern logistics, manufacturing enterprises pay more and more attention to production logistics. More enterprises combine production processes such as assembly, inspection, factory leaving with material transportation, procurement, punctuality and so on in logistics management to optimize the logistics process of the whole production and manufacture. On the other hand, the contract industry has developed rapidly in recent years, and its production situation directly affects the development of the downstream enterprises in the supply chain. As one of the main countries of contract processing and export processing, the market position of contract manufacturing enterprises is very important. The research on the production logistics performance of contract enterprises is helpful to improve the production efficiency of contract enterprises in China. Therefore, the establishment of production logistics performance evaluation system of contract manufacturing enterprises can understand the production level of contract enterprises more clearly, which has important theoretical and practical significance for the inspection of the overall level of production logistics performance of contract manufacturing enterprises in China. In this paper, the theory of logistics performance evaluation and the definition and extension of contract manufacturing enterprises are discussed, and the construction methods and concepts of KPI and balanced Scorecard are briefly introduced, which are the basic theories and concepts of the full text. This paper analyzes the connotation, characteristics and significance of logistics performance evaluation, and then from the point of view of KPI and BSC, studies the principles and framework of the construction theory of these two evaluation systems. On the basis of the theory, this paper introduces the development of contract manufacturing enterprises and the characteristics of their production logistics, and studies and expounds the characteristics of the production logistics system of contract manufacturing enterprises. Secondly, combined with the characteristics of lean production in contract manufacturing enterprises, according to the general development objectives of contract manufacturing enterprises, the construction and evaluation method of BSC is adopted. From the perspective of cost (7), production (5), process (5), learning and growth (4), the performance evaluation system of production logistics is constructed, and the asset return rate and order completion rate are selected according to the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. On-time delivery rate, employee incumbency and other indicators into each evaluation system. After the construction of the evaluation system, the weight of the evaluation index is calculated by entropy weight method. According to the requirements and process of the balanced scorecard, the performance of the production logistics of the contract manufacturing enterprises can be evaluated. On this basis, this paper chooses CCL enterprise as an example to analyze the production logistics performance of the enterprise after the optimization of production process in 2012. From the long-term (balanced Scorecard) and the short-term (data Envelopment Analysis) development to analyze the production logistics performance of CCL enterprises, calculate the score and ranking of each index, production efficiency and return on production assets significantly improved. The results show that most of the indexes have been improved obviously, which indicates that the performance of production logistics after the reorganization of production line has been optimized, and the new production line can meet the needs of contract production of enterprises. The conclusion of the evaluation system urges contract manufacturing enterprises to develop production logistics into strategic activities, and provides a scientific management method for contract manufacturing enterprises and even all kinds of production enterprises, hoping to operate the enterprises concretely. Management process provides reference.
