【摘要】：隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速增長(zhǎng),市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的日益國際化,我國企業(yè)所面臨的外部環(huán)境越來越復(fù)雜,不確定因素也與日俱增,各種競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日趨激烈。在企業(yè)的發(fā)展道路上,技術(shù)革新作為企業(yè)提高生產(chǎn)力的途徑,無論是提高產(chǎn)能,提升產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,還是新產(chǎn)品的開發(fā),節(jié)約成本等,對(duì)企業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展都起著核心推動(dòng)作用。隨著近年來勞動(dòng)力成本的不斷上升,勞動(dòng)力成本在企業(yè)成本中所占的比例也快速上升,很多勞動(dòng)密集型外資企業(yè)已經(jīng)開始將部分甚至全部訂單轉(zhuǎn)移東南亞如印度,越南等勞動(dòng)力成本更加便宜的國家。同時(shí)國家在產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整與升級(jí)中也提出了發(fā)展先進(jìn)制造業(yè),走新型工業(yè)化的道路,走科技含量高,經(jīng)濟(jì)效益好,資源消耗低,人力資源得到充分發(fā)揮的道路。 技術(shù)改造作為一種固定資產(chǎn)投入,是實(shí)現(xiàn)擴(kuò)大再生產(chǎn)的一種有效形式,為社會(huì)的發(fā)展,尤其是解決目前勞動(dòng)力成本不斷上升的問題提供了一種途徑。在投資前對(duì)技術(shù)改造項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行可行性分析是國家或者企業(yè)加強(qiáng)投資效益的一種有效手段,相對(duì)而言,技術(shù)改造的研究范圍較廣,本文的主要研究對(duì)象就是通過對(duì)可行性研究從發(fā)展階段的理論進(jìn)行回顧,從而發(fā)現(xiàn)我國現(xiàn)階段在可行性研究中尤其是設(shè)備改造項(xiàng)目可行性研究中可以改善的地方,同時(shí)針對(duì)該類技術(shù)改造項(xiàng)目能夠形成一套模型,進(jìn)而可以有效的進(jìn)行實(shí)際項(xiàng)目的決策。 論文首章節(jié)為文獻(xiàn)綜述部分,主要對(duì)可行性研究的從起源到現(xiàn)階段的理論進(jìn)行了背景介紹；第二章則開始對(duì)企業(yè)技術(shù)改造項(xiàng)目的特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行分析,通過分析奠定可行性分析的基礎(chǔ)；第三章接著對(duì)項(xiàng)目的市場(chǎng)分析法,技術(shù)分析法,經(jīng)濟(jì)分析法等可行性分析方法進(jìn)行了分析。尤其是對(duì)于技術(shù)改造項(xiàng)目,提出使用增量法來進(jìn)行其經(jīng)濟(jì)評(píng)價(jià)的特點(diǎn)和財(cái)務(wù)分析。并結(jié)合我國可行性研究的現(xiàn)狀,從設(shè)備改造項(xiàng)目可行性研究的具體的實(shí)施步驟和著重考慮點(diǎn)方面提供思路和一些具體實(shí)施的方法。 最后,通過實(shí)證分析,以CPYZ公司的機(jī)械手改造項(xiàng)目為例,結(jié)合上述的理論分析和方法,從其市場(chǎng),技術(shù),經(jīng)濟(jì),風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等各個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了可行性分析并加以論證。
[Abstract]:With the rapid growth of China's economy and the increasing internationalization of market competition, the external environment of Chinese enterprises is becoming more and more complex, and the uncertainties are increasing, and various competitions are becoming increasingly fierce. On the road of enterprise development, technological innovation is the way to improve the productivity of enterprises, whether it is to improve production capacity, improve the quality of products, or The development of new products, cost saving and so on, it plays a core role in the sustainable development of enterprises. With the rising of labor cost in recent years, the proportion of labor cost in the enterprise cost is rising rapidly. Many labor intensive foreign enterprises have begun to transfer some or even all orders in Southeast Asia, such as India. At the same time, in the adjustment and upgrading of industrial structure, the state has also proposed the development of advanced manufacturing industry, the road of new industrialization, high scientific and technological content, good economic efficiency, low resource consumption and full use of human resources.
As a kind of fixed asset investment, technical transformation is an effective form of realizing the expansion of reproduction. It provides a way for the development of the society, especially to solve the problem of increasing labor cost. The feasibility analysis of the technical transformation project before investment is an effective hand to strengthen the investment benefit of the country or the enterprise. Relatively, the research scope of technical transformation is relatively wide. The main object of this paper is to review the theory of feasibility study from the stage of development, so as to find the place where the feasibility study, especially in the feasibility study of the equipment transformation project, can be improved at the present stage in our country, and at the same time, it can be aimed at this kind of technical transformation project. Enough to form a set of models, which can effectively carry out the actual project decision-making.
The first chapter of the paper is the literature review part, which mainly introduces the background of the feasibility study from the origin to the present stage; the second chapter begins with the analysis of the characteristics of the enterprise technical transformation project, and lays the foundation for the feasibility analysis through analysis; the third chapter is followed by the market analysis method, the technical analysis method and the economic score. Analysis method and other feasibility analysis methods are analyzed. Especially for technical transformation projects, the characteristics and financial analysis of the use of incremental method for its economic evaluation are put forward. The method of carrying out the body.
Finally, through the empirical analysis, the feasibility analysis and demonstration are carried out from the market, technology, economy and risk of CPYZ company's mechanical hand reform project as an example and the theoretical analysis and method mentioned above.
