【摘要】：能源和環(huán)境危機使人們越發(fā)重視可持續(xù)發(fā)展這條道路，作為喝油和排放大戶的汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)成為了被關(guān)注的焦點，在汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型的過程中，，世界各國都認(rèn)同電動汽車這一發(fā)展方向。從全球來看，電動汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)近年來發(fā)展迅速，美國、日本、歐洲的產(chǎn)量和銷量幾乎成倍增長，這不僅得益于政府的大力支持，更離不開企業(yè)的積極研發(fā)，從質(zhì)量和服務(wù)上俘獲消費者的“芳心”。我國電動汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)站在國際的跑道上，要想在眾多競爭者中脫穎而出，首先要認(rèn)清自己位置，抓主要矛盾，逐一攻克，這樣才能在胸有成竹中“彎道超車”。 文獻顯示大部分關(guān)于電動汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的研究是闡述發(fā)展該產(chǎn)業(yè)對經(jīng)濟社會具有重要意義，產(chǎn)業(yè)示范推廣階段應(yīng)采取的運營模式以及對該產(chǎn)業(yè)的前景展望、發(fā)展對策分析，鮮有從企業(yè)角度進行分析的研究。對產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展規(guī)律的認(rèn)識和把握直接關(guān)乎產(chǎn)業(yè)的未來發(fā)展，清楚認(rèn)識電動汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)所處生命周期階段，因時制宜，企業(yè)與政府及時采取相應(yīng)策略，才能在電動汽車未來的發(fā)展道路上搶占先機。 論文運用企業(yè)策略性行為、產(chǎn)業(yè)政策、產(chǎn)業(yè)生命周期等理論，首先對電動汽車發(fā)展歷程和分類進行了介紹，在此基礎(chǔ)上對國內(nèi)外電動汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展概況以及主要國家和地區(qū)電動汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展經(jīng)驗進行總結(jié)分析；其次，對我國電動汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)所處發(fā)展階段進行了明確定位，得出了我國電動汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)處在產(chǎn)業(yè)形成期這一結(jié)論，并基于這一現(xiàn)狀分析了當(dāng)前我國電動汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的技術(shù)經(jīng)濟特點；最后通過建模從企業(yè)和政府兩個層面對我國電動汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)今后發(fā)展過程中企業(yè)的經(jīng)營策略和政府的支持策略進行研究。
[Abstract]:The energy and environmental crisis has made people pay more attention to the road of sustainable development, as the focus of attention. In the process of the transformation of the automobile industry, all the countries all over the world agree with the development direction of electric vehicles. From the global point of view, the electric automobile industry has developed rapidly in recent years, the United States, Japan, Europe. The output and sales of the continent have almost doubled, not only due to the strong support of the government, but also the active R & D of the enterprises and the "heart" of capturing consumers from quality and service. One by one conquering, so that we can "overtake" in a confident way.
The literature shows that most of the research on the electric vehicle industry is of great significance to the development of the industry for the economy and society. The operation mode should be adopted in the stage of industrial demonstration and promotion, the prospect of the industry, and the analysis of development countermeasures. It is closely related to the future development of the industry, and a clear understanding of the life cycle of the electric vehicle industry, and the timely adoption of corresponding strategies by enterprises and the government in order to seize the opportunity in the future development of electric vehicles.
Based on the theory of strategic behavior, industrial policy and industrial life cycle, the paper first introduces the development process and classification of electric vehicles. On this basis, the development of electric vehicle industry at home and abroad as well as the development experience of electric vehicle industry in major countries and regions is summarized and analyzed. Secondly, the production of electric vehicles in China is made. The development stage of the industry is clearly defined, and the conclusion is drawn that the electric vehicle industry in China is in the period of industrial formation. Based on this situation, the technical and economic characteristics of the electric motor industry in China are analyzed. Finally, the enterprise and the government are modeled from the two layers of the enterprise and the government to face the enterprise in the process of the future development of the electric vehicle industry in our country. The management strategy and the government's support strategy are studied.
