API公司第三方物流戰(zhàn)略選擇研究

【摘要】:隨著中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展以及工業(yè)化、市場(chǎng)化、城鎮(zhèn)化、國(guó)際化的深入發(fā)展,在未來的10-20年,中國(guó)通用航空及其相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)將會(huì)迎來一個(gè)高速發(fā)展的時(shí)期。API作為一家有20多年航空器材銷售、生產(chǎn)、物流經(jīng)驗(yàn)的國(guó)際企業(yè),在其發(fā)展過程中積累了豐富的航空器材倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)、運(yùn)輸、管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),但同時(shí)也遭遇了從傳統(tǒng)的貿(mào)易倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)企業(yè)向現(xiàn)代物流轉(zhuǎn)型的諸多問題。API公司想要在激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中取得優(yōu)勢(shì),必須科學(xué)的制定自己的企業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。 本文以轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展中的API公司為研究對(duì)象。首先從公司的戰(zhàn)略管理和物流管理等相關(guān)理論入手,介紹了綜合物流理論,運(yùn)營(yíng)效率理論,物流聯(lián)盟理論的研究現(xiàn)狀,對(duì)當(dāng)前我國(guó)通用航空及其相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和前景進(jìn)行了分析。其次對(duì)API公司的經(jīng)營(yíng)狀況,存在的問題等內(nèi)部因素和宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境,行業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境等外部因素進(jìn)行分析。在SWOT分析的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)API公司發(fā)展現(xiàn)代第三方物流業(yè)的優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì)、機(jī)會(huì)和威脅進(jìn)行闡述,提出了公司采取集中差異化的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)策略的構(gòu)想。再次,結(jié)合以上分析,提出了API公司由傳統(tǒng)的單一貿(mào)易倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)企業(yè)發(fā)展為多種物流服務(wù)的現(xiàn)代化第三方物流企業(yè)的對(duì)策——?jiǎng)?chuàng)新物流服務(wù)模式,尋求戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟合作伙伴,改善物流運(yùn)作流程,推進(jìn)高效的運(yùn)營(yíng)管理。最后提出上述對(duì)策的具體實(shí)施方案和監(jiān)管體系。 本文理論結(jié)合實(shí)際,力求使用最新的物流管理、戰(zhàn)略管理等理論,,使API公司科學(xué)的作出戰(zhàn)略決策,實(shí)現(xiàn)從傳統(tǒng)的貿(mào)易倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)企業(yè)向現(xiàn)代第三方物流供應(yīng)商轉(zhuǎn)變的目的。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy and the deepening development of industrialization, marketization, urbanization and internationalization, in the next 10-20 years, China General Aviation and its related industries will usher in a period of rapid development. API as an international enterprise with more than 20 years experience in aviation equipment sales, production and logistics, it has accumulated abundant aviation equipment storage and transportation in its development process. Management experience, but also encountered a lot of problems from the traditional trade warehousing enterprises to modern logistics. API companies want to gain advantages in the fierce market competition, they must scientifically formulate their own enterprise development strategy. This paper takes API Company as the research object. First of all, from the company's strategic management and logistics management and other related theories, introduced the integrated logistics theory, operational efficiency theory, logistics alliance theory research status. The present situation and prospect of general aviation and its related industries in China are analyzed. Secondly, the internal factors, macroeconomic environment, industry economic environment and other external factors of API Company are analyzed. On the basis of SWOT analysis, this paper expounds the advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and threats of developing modern third-party logistics industry in API Company, and puts forward the idea of adopting centralized differentiation competitive strategy. Thirdly, combined with the above analysis, this paper puts forward the countermeasure of API company developing from traditional single trade warehousing enterprise to modern third party logistics enterprise with multiple logistics services-innovating logistics service mode, seeking strategic alliance partner. Improve logistics operation process and promote efficient operation management. Finally, put forward the specific implementation of the above-mentioned countermeasures and regulatory system. Combining theory with practice, this paper makes every effort to use the latest logistics management and strategic management theories to make the strategic decision of API Company scientifically and realize the purpose of transforming from the traditional trade warehousing enterprise to the modern third party logistics supplier.
