【摘要】：電力產(chǎn)業(yè)是國民經(jīng)濟的基礎產(chǎn)業(yè),對我國經(jīng)濟的持續(xù)增長起到了舉足輕重的作用。近年來隨著電力系統(tǒng)改革的推進,面向市場、參與嚴酷的市場競爭、提供更加優(yōu)質(zhì)的服務成為熱電企業(yè)未來發(fā)展的方向所在。因此,只有堅持持續(xù)創(chuàng)新才能為熱電企業(yè)提供無盡的發(fā)展動力。因此,采用科學的方法分析影響熱電企業(yè)持續(xù)創(chuàng)新能力的關鍵因素,并據(jù)此識別出提升熱電企業(yè)持續(xù)創(chuàng)新能力的關鍵路徑,可以幫助熱電企業(yè)識別戰(zhàn)略重點,有效的提升持續(xù)創(chuàng)新能力。首先,分析了A公司持續(xù)創(chuàng)新的現(xiàn)狀和取得成績,并總結(jié)了A公司在實施持續(xù)創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略中遇到的問題。其次,對影響熱電企業(yè)持續(xù)創(chuàng)新能力的內(nèi)部因素、外部因素和歷史因素進行了分析。影響熱電企業(yè)持續(xù)創(chuàng)新能力的內(nèi)部因素有戰(zhàn)略管理、企業(yè)家精神、學習能力、資源配置能力和產(chǎn)出能力;外部因素有市場需求、市場競爭、政府政策和技術環(huán)境等;歷史因素有知識積累、過去的創(chuàng)新投入和過去的創(chuàng)新績效。再次,將模糊理論引入DEMATEL方法,用以處理決策過程中主觀、不確定和模糊的價值判斷,構(gòu)建基于Fuzzy DEMATEL的熱電企業(yè)持續(xù)創(chuàng)新能力關鍵因素識別模型,并給出了識別關鍵因素的步驟。最后,針對A公司的實際情況,采用本文構(gòu)建的影響熱電企業(yè)持續(xù)創(chuàng)新能力因素體系和基于Fuzzy DEMATEL的熱電企業(yè)持續(xù)創(chuàng)新能力關鍵因素識別模型,對A公司進行了實證研究,識別出了對A公司持續(xù)創(chuàng)新能力具有關鍵影響的因素。并提出了提高A公司持續(xù)創(chuàng)新能力的對策建議。
[Abstract]:Electric power industry is the basic industry of national economy and plays an important role in the sustained economic growth of our country. In recent years, with the development of power system reform, facing the market, participating in the harsh market competition and providing more high-quality services, it has become the future direction of the development of thermal power enterprises. Therefore, only persistent innovation can provide endless development power for thermal power enterprises. Therefore, using scientific methods to analyze the key factors that affect the sustainable innovation ability of thermal power enterprises, and identify the key path to enhance the sustainable innovation ability of thermal power enterprises, can help the thermal power enterprises to identify the strategic key points. Effectively improve the ability of continuous innovation. Firstly, the paper analyzes the current situation and achievements of A company's continuous innovation, and summarizes the problems encountered in the implementation of A company's sustained innovation strategy. Secondly, the paper analyzes the internal, external and historical factors that affect the sustainable innovation ability of thermal power enterprises. The internal factors influencing the ability of sustainable innovation of thermal power enterprises include strategic management, entrepreneurship, learning ability, resource allocation ability and output ability, external factors include market demand, market competition, government policy and technological environment, etc. Historical factors include knowledge accumulation, past innovation investment and past innovation performance. Thirdly, the fuzzy theory is introduced into the DEMATEL method to deal with the subjective, uncertain and fuzzy value judgment in the decision-making process, and the identification model of key factors for the sustainable innovation ability of thermal power enterprises based on Fuzzy DEMATEL is constructed. The steps to identify the key factors are also given. Finally, according to the actual situation of company A, this paper makes an empirical study on A company by using the system of factors influencing the sustainable innovation ability of thermal power enterprises and the identification model of key factors of sustainable innovation ability of thermal power enterprises based on Fuzzy DEMATEL. Identify the factors that have a key impact on A's ability to innovate continuously. And put forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve A company's ability of continuous innovation.
