中山古鎮(zhèn)燈飾產(chǎn)業(yè)集群升級(jí)路徑研究

【摘要】:古鎮(zhèn)燈飾產(chǎn)業(yè)是一個(gè)以古鎮(zhèn)為中心、具有跨地區(qū)輻射能力的特色產(chǎn)業(yè)集群。隨著新時(shí)代經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)的變化,中山古鎮(zhèn)燈飾產(chǎn)業(yè)集群進(jìn)一步發(fā)展面臨著嚴(yán)峻挑戰(zhàn),如提高能效以回應(yīng)社會(huì)對(duì)資源環(huán)境日益關(guān)注,增加競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力以立足于國際國內(nèi)市場(chǎng)等。本研究通過對(duì)國內(nèi)外產(chǎn)業(yè)集群理論、產(chǎn)業(yè)集群升級(jí)及路徑理論進(jìn)行梳理,明確古鎮(zhèn)燈飾產(chǎn)業(yè)這一典型的以中小企業(yè)為主的產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展方式和當(dāng)下狀況,為古鎮(zhèn)燈飾產(chǎn)業(yè)集群升級(jí)的內(nèi)外路徑找到理論依據(jù)。同時(shí),參考以往相關(guān)研究,通過發(fā)放問卷和實(shí)地調(diào)研反映古鎮(zhèn)燈飾產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,綜合各企業(yè)所反映的困難,解答“古鎮(zhèn)燈飾產(chǎn)業(yè)集群升級(jí)的瓶頸和路徑”這一問題。通過梳理國內(nèi)外產(chǎn)業(yè)集群升級(jí)理論,綜合考察古鎮(zhèn)燈飾所處的產(chǎn)業(yè)環(huán)境和區(qū)域環(huán)境,分別從內(nèi)外兩個(gè)方面分析古鎮(zhèn)燈飾產(chǎn)業(yè)集群升級(jí)的路徑。內(nèi)部路徑分析方面,基于鉆石模型理論,建立了古鎮(zhèn)燈飾產(chǎn)業(yè)集群競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的評(píng)價(jià)框架,綜合得分為76.9分,并提出針對(duì)各個(gè)要素的產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)內(nèi)部路徑:加強(qiáng)科技創(chuàng)新研發(fā),提升燈飾產(chǎn)業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力;健全市場(chǎng)營銷體系,主導(dǎo)燈飾市場(chǎng)話語權(quán);做強(qiáng)實(shí)體產(chǎn)業(yè)和生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè),提升燈飾產(chǎn)業(yè)附加值;改善燈飾產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),實(shí)行差異化競(jìng)爭(zhēng);政策緊跟發(fā)展要求,為產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)提供支撐。外部路徑分析方面,基于全球價(jià)值鏈理論,說明古鎮(zhèn)燈飾產(chǎn)業(yè)集群升級(jí)必須通過嵌入全球價(jià)值鏈來實(shí)現(xiàn)。通過建陶產(chǎn)業(yè)集群升級(jí)的案例說明實(shí)現(xiàn)功能升級(jí)的路徑,通過格蘭仕的發(fā)展軌跡說明從OEA/OEM到OBM的漸進(jìn)升級(jí)路徑,進(jìn)而強(qiáng)調(diào)區(qū)域品牌建設(shè)和維護(hù)的重要性,提出古鎮(zhèn)燈飾產(chǎn)業(yè)集群升級(jí)的外部路徑分別是在技術(shù)上實(shí)現(xiàn)功能升級(jí),在品牌上實(shí)現(xiàn)動(dòng)態(tài)升級(jí)。
[Abstract]:The lighting industry of ancient town is a special industrial cluster with cross-regional radiation ability. With the change of economic situation in the new era, the lighting industry cluster of Zhongshan Ancient Town is facing severe challenges, such as improving energy efficiency in response to the increasing attention of society to the resources and environment, increasing competitiveness in order to base itself on the international and domestic markets, and so on. Through combing the theories of industrial cluster at home and abroad, industrial cluster upgrading and path theory, this paper clarifies the development mode and current situation of Guzhen lighting industry, which is typical of small and medium-sized enterprises. For the old town lighting industry cluster upgrading of the internal and external path to find the theoretical basis. At the same time, referring to the previous relevant research, through questionnaire and field investigation to reflect the current situation of lighting industry development in Guzhen, and to solve the problem of "bottleneck and path of upgrading of lighting industry cluster in ancient town" by synthesizing the difficulties reflected by various enterprises. Through combing the upgrading theory of industrial clusters at home and abroad, the industrial environment and regional environment of lighting in ancient towns are comprehensively investigated, and the paths of upgrading of lighting industry clusters in ancient towns are analyzed from both internal and external aspects. In the aspect of internal path analysis, based on the diamond model theory, the evaluation framework of the competitiveness of Guzhen Lighting Industry Cluster is established. The comprehensive score is 76.9, and the internal path of industrial upgrading aiming at each element is put forward: strengthening R & D of science and technology innovation. Improve the core competitiveness of the lighting industry; improve the marketing system, leading the lighting market voice; strengthen the physical industry and producer services, enhance the added value of the lighting industry; improve the lighting industry structure, implement differentiated competition; The policy closely follows the development request, provides the support for the industrial upgrading. In the aspect of external path analysis, based on the theory of global value chain, the upgrading of lighting industry cluster in Guzhen must be realized by embedding global value chain. Through the case of the upgrading of the building pottery industry cluster to illustrate the path of functional upgrading and the path of gradual upgrading from OEA/OEM to OBM through the development track of Galanz, the importance of regional brand building and maintenance is emphasized. The external path of upgrading the lighting industry cluster in Guzhen is to realize the function upgrade in technology and the dynamic upgrade in brand.
