【摘要】:H公司是一家生產(chǎn)激光條形碼掃描器的公司,它集研發(fā)、生產(chǎn)、銷售、服務(wù)于一體,滿足最終用戶在零售、工業(yè)、醫(yī)療、物流、政府和原始設(shè)備制造(OEM)等場合的條形碼掃描與數(shù)據(jù)采集需求。近年來,掃描器市場競爭激烈,為了贏得市場,H公司必需在短時間內(nèi)開發(fā)新的掃描器從而占領(lǐng)市場。項目的開發(fā)過程,項目管理發(fā)揮著重要的作用,而項目進度計劃與控制是項目管理的關(guān)鍵因素,它是項目執(zhí)行、跟蹤與控制的基礎(chǔ),是項目成敗的關(guān)鍵。本文以H公司開發(fā)的JY6000掃描器項目為背景,首先,介紹了選題的背景,國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀與意義、論文研究的目的和內(nèi)容。接著,對H公司JY6000掃描器開發(fā)項目的進度計劃與控制的實際情況進行了分析。本文運用項目計劃管理的系統(tǒng)性的知識,闡述了項目進度計劃與控制的原理及方法在JY6000掃描器項目中的運用。在項目計劃制定過程中,通過項目工作任務(wù)分解、排列活動順序、估算活動資源、估算活動持續(xù)時間等方法制定項目進度計劃,最終采用甘特圖和關(guān)鍵路徑法制定項目的進度計劃。在實施項目的進度控制時,根據(jù)項目進度計劃控制的理論,論述了該項目在實施過程中遇到的影響進度計劃的因素,通過采用橫道圖比較法和列表法對進度計劃進行跟蹤比較,檢查實際進度是否按計劃進行,并論述了在出現(xiàn)偏差時,如何及時的找出原因,采取必要的補救措施來調(diào)整、修改原計劃的整個過程。本文通過對H公司JY6000掃描器開發(fā)項目的進度計劃與控制的研究,進一步闡述了進度管理的有效理論,為本領(lǐng)域項目進度計劃與控制提供了一定的參考,同時也為其他企業(yè)新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)項目的進度管理提供了一定的借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:H is a company that produces laser bar code scanners. It integrates R & D, production, sales and service to meet end users in retail, industrial, medical, logistics, Barcode scanning and data acquisition requirements for government and OEM applications. In recent years, the market competition of scanner is fierce, in order to win the market, the company must develop new scanner in a short time to occupy the market. Project management plays an important role in the process of project development, and project schedule planning and control is the key factor of project management. It is the foundation of project execution, tracking and control, and the key to the success or failure of the project. This paper takes the JY6000 scanner project developed by H Company as the background. Firstly, it introduces the background of the topic, the research status and significance at home and abroad, the purpose and content of the paper. Then, the actual situation of schedule and control of H company JY6000 scanner development project is analyzed. Based on the systematic knowledge of project planning management, this paper expounds the application of the principle and method of project schedule planning and control in JY6000 scanner project. In the process of project planning, the project schedule is made by decomposing the task of the project, arranging the sequence of activities, estimating the activity resources, estimating the duration of the project, etc. Finally, Gantt chart and critical path method are used to make the progress plan of the project. In implementing the progress control of the project, according to the theory of the project schedule control, this paper discusses the factors that affect the progress plan in the implementation process of the project, and carries on the track comparison by using the horizontal road chart comparison method and the list method to carry on the progress plan. Check whether the actual progress is carried out according to the plan, and discuss how to find out the cause in time, take the necessary remedial measures to adjust and modify the whole process of the original plan when there is deviation. Through the research on the schedule and control of the JY6000 scanner development project in H Company, this paper further expounds the effective theory of schedule management, which provides a certain reference for the project schedule and control in this field. At the same time, it also provides some reference for the schedule management of new product development projects in other enterprises.
