我國區(qū)域電子制造業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力差異及影響因素分析

【摘要】:隨著美國等發(fā)達(dá)國家勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率提高,資源成本下降,并實(shí)施再工業(yè)化戰(zhàn)略,促使我國國內(nèi)部分外資高技術(shù)制造業(yè)企業(yè)回流,相比之下,國內(nèi)勞動(dòng)力價(jià)格上漲、資源環(huán)境約束日益加劇,加上區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平的差異,區(qū)域技術(shù)創(chuàng)新水平的高低直接關(guān)系到我國制造業(yè)總體競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的高低,尤其是技術(shù)創(chuàng)新最為活躍的電子制造業(yè),對(duì)電子產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力有清晰的認(rèn)識(shí)和理解,對(duì)于制造業(yè)整體技術(shù)創(chuàng)新水平的認(rèn)識(shí)和理解是至關(guān)重要的。因此,對(duì)電子產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力的研究,有助于深入了解我國制造業(yè)總體技術(shù)創(chuàng)新水平,進(jìn)而制定相應(yīng)的政策和措施以帶動(dòng)其他制造業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新水平的提升,以點(diǎn)帶面地推動(dòng)我國制造業(yè)整體技術(shù)創(chuàng)新水平的提高。在前述研究背景下,本文基于價(jià)值鏈視角分析我國電子產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,也是創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)之一,從而分析我國電子產(chǎn)業(yè)在價(jià)值鏈中所處階段,進(jìn)而采用改進(jìn)的動(dòng)態(tài)因子分析和傳統(tǒng)因子分析法對(duì)我國東中西三大區(qū)域電子產(chǎn)業(yè)的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià),并通過聚類分析深入分析了區(qū)域間差異所在。研究表明:總體上來看,在綜合技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力得分中,東部最高,西部次之,中部最低;東部地區(qū)中,長(zhǎng)三角和珠三角的創(chuàng)新能力高于環(huán)渤海地區(qū);中部地區(qū),內(nèi)部各省份差異較大且沒有顯著增長(zhǎng)極,整體創(chuàng)新能力顯著低于東部地區(qū);西部地區(qū),四川和甘肅兩省電子產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力較為突出,且在研究時(shí)間范圍內(nèi),多數(shù)年份保持在前十名行列,進(jìn)而帶動(dòng)西部電子產(chǎn)業(yè)整體創(chuàng)新能力高于中部地區(qū),但與東部差距仍然較大。在對(duì)東中西電子產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力綜合評(píng)價(jià)基礎(chǔ)上,通過構(gòu)建個(gè)體固定效應(yīng)模型,并在模型中加入人均GDP和非農(nóng)化程度作為控制變量,對(duì)東中西創(chuàng)新能力差異進(jìn)行影響因素分析,研究表明:交通基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施對(duì)差異有正向影響,但顯著性水平較低;信息化水平有較為明顯的正向作用,但并不顯著,說明信息化程度的局部集聚特性并不明顯,但東部地區(qū)和西部地區(qū)信息化水平高于中部地區(qū);產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚度較好地反映電子產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模經(jīng)濟(jì)的正外部性,東部電子產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚度明顯高于中西部地區(qū);市場(chǎng)化程度對(duì)差異有負(fù)向的影響,同時(shí)FDI對(duì)差異有十分顯著的正向影響,在引入兩者交互項(xiàng)情況下,交互項(xiàng)對(duì)差異有顯著負(fù)向作用,表明在市場(chǎng)化制度還不完善的情況下,引進(jìn)外資對(duì)我國電子產(chǎn)業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力有顯著的正向影響,但從長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)來看,盲目引進(jìn)外資阻礙了于我國電子產(chǎn)業(yè)健康發(fā)展,同時(shí)對(duì)我國市場(chǎng)化制度的完善產(chǎn)生不利影響。因此,在今后的發(fā)展中,須在有效利用外資的基礎(chǔ)上,集中有效資源調(diào)整和完善市場(chǎng)制度,從而真正提升電子產(chǎn)業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新水平。
[Abstract]:As labor productivity in developed countries such as the United States has increased, resource costs have fallen, and the strategy of reindustrialization has been implemented, prompting some foreign high-tech manufacturing enterprises in China to return. In contrast, domestic labor prices have risen. With the increasing resource and environment constraints and the difference in the level of regional economic development, the level of regional technological innovation is directly related to the overall competitiveness of China's manufacturing industry, especially the electronic manufacturing industry, which is the most active in technological innovation. It is very important to have a clear understanding of the technological innovation ability of the electronic industry and to understand the overall technological innovation level of the manufacturing industry. Therefore, the research on the technological innovation ability of electronic industry is helpful to understand the overall level of technological innovation in our manufacturing industry, and then formulate corresponding policies and measures to promote the technological innovation level of other manufacturing industries. To promote the overall level of technological innovation in China's manufacturing industry. Based on the above research background, this paper analyzes the current situation of electronic industry development in China from the perspective of value chain, which is also one of the innovation points, and thus analyzes the stage in which the electronic industry in China is located in the value chain. Then the improved dynamic factor analysis and traditional factor analysis are used to comprehensively evaluate the technological innovation ability of the electronic industry in the east, west and east of China, and the differences between regions are analyzed through cluster analysis. The results show that: overall, in the comprehensive technical innovation ability score, the eastern part is the highest, the west is the second, and the middle part is the lowest; in the eastern region, the innovation ability of the Yangtze River Delta and the Pearl River Delta is higher than that of the Bohai Rim region; The internal provinces have great differences and no significant growth poles, and the overall innovation ability is significantly lower than that of the eastern region; in the western region, Sichuan and Gansu provinces, the technological innovation capability of the electronic industry is more prominent, and within the time range of the research, Most of the years remain in the top 10 ranks, thus driving the overall innovation capacity of the electronics industry in the west is higher than in the central region, but the gap with the east is still large. Based on the comprehensive evaluation of the innovation ability of East and West electronics industry, this paper analyzes the influence factors of the difference of innovation ability between East and West by constructing individual fixed effect model and adding per capita GDP and non-agricultural degree as control variables in the model. The results show that the traffic infrastructure has a positive effect on the difference, but the level of significance is low, and the level of information has a more obvious positive effect, but not significant, which indicates that the local agglomeration characteristics of the degree of informatization are not obvious. However, the informatization level in the eastern and western regions is higher than that in the central region, and the industrial convergence degree reflects the positive externality of the scale economy of the electronic industry, and the convergence degree of the eastern electronic industry is obviously higher than that of the central and western regions. The degree of marketization has a negative effect on the difference, and FDI has a very significant positive effect on the difference. When the interaction between the two items is introduced, the interaction item has a significant negative effect on the difference, which indicates that the market-oriented system is not perfect. The introduction of foreign capital has a significant positive impact on the innovation ability of China's electronic industry, but in the long run, blindly introducing foreign capital hinders the healthy development of China's electronic industry and has a negative impact on the perfection of our country's market-oriented system. Therefore, in the future development, it is necessary to concentrate effective resources to adjust and perfect the market system on the basis of the effective utilization of foreign capital, so as to improve the level of independent innovation in electronic industry.
