【摘要】：股利分配一直是當(dāng)代證券市場(chǎng)和上市公司以及股民最關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題。因?yàn)椋@不僅關(guān)系到上市公司持續(xù)穩(wěn)定的經(jīng)營(yíng)、投資者得到的投資回報(bào)與福利水平，還關(guān)系到我國(guó)的股票市場(chǎng)是否能健康良性的發(fā)展。企業(yè)制定符合自身特點(diǎn)的股利分配政策，可以提升股票市場(chǎng)上的公司價(jià)值，增強(qiáng)公司融資與再投資的能力，提高投資者對(duì)于公司長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展的信心，從而使公司可以得到持續(xù)、穩(wěn)定和良好的發(fā)展。在我國(guó)的資本市場(chǎng)中，許多上市公司制定股利分配政策時(shí)，，由于缺乏對(duì)下一階段公司盈利能力和經(jīng)營(yíng)狀況的預(yù)見性，大都盲目跟風(fēng)，因此采取不分配股利支付方式的公司普遍存在。所以對(duì)于我國(guó)這樣一個(gè)正處于經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型期的國(guó)家來(lái)說(shuō)，研究和探討上市公司如何制定股利分配政策這一問(wèn)題是具有深遠(yuǎn)意義的。 本文通過(guò)立足股利分配政策的基本理論、幾大支付方式以及影響因素，結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)股票市場(chǎng)以及上市公司現(xiàn)狀，針對(duì)湖南C國(guó)際發(fā)展股份有限公司制定的股利分配政策產(chǎn)生的效果；實(shí)施股利分配政策后出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題以及這些問(wèn)題出現(xiàn)的原因進(jìn)行研究與評(píng)價(jià)。并且對(duì)該公司的股利分配政策提出優(yōu)化與改進(jìn)的意見。比較改進(jìn)前后，股利分配政策給湖南C國(guó)際發(fā)展股份有限公司帶來(lái)的影響，并對(duì)優(yōu)化后的股利政策進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。
[Abstract]:Dividend distribution has always been a hot issue of stock market, listed companies and shareholders. This is not only related to the sustained and stable operation of listed companies, but also related to the level of investment return and welfare, and whether the stock market of our country can develop healthily and healthily. If an enterprise formulates a dividend distribution policy that conforms to its own characteristics, it can enhance the value of the company in the stock market, enhance the ability of the company to finance and reinvest, and enhance the investor's confidence in the long-term development of the company, so that the company can be sustained. Stable and sound development. In the capital market of our country, when many listed companies formulate dividend distribution policy, most of them follow the trend blindly because of the lack of foresight on the profitability and operating condition of the next stage of the company. Therefore, it is common for companies that do not distribute dividends to pay dividends. Therefore, it is of far-reaching significance to study and discuss how to formulate dividend distribution policy for a country such as China, which is in the economic transition period. Based on the basic theory of dividend distribution policy, several payment methods and influencing factors, this paper combines the domestic stock market and the current situation of listed companies. This paper studies and evaluates the effect of dividend distribution policy made by Hunan C International Development Co., Ltd., the problems after the implementation of dividend distribution policy and the causes of these problems. And to the company's dividend distribution policy optimization and improvement advice. The impact of dividend distribution policy on Hunan C International Development Co., Ltd. is compared before and after improvement, and the optimized dividend policy is evaluated.
