【摘要】:30多年的改革發(fā)展,民營(yíng)集團(tuán)公司已經(jīng)成為中國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要支柱,它們?cè)谟行д仙鐣?huì)資源、合理利用社會(huì)閑散資金、提供社會(huì)就業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)、創(chuàng)造社會(huì)財(cái)富等方面發(fā)揮著重大的作用。但是,伴隨著經(jīng)營(yíng)規(guī)模擴(kuò)大化、組織結(jié)構(gòu)復(fù)雜多元化,我國(guó)的民營(yíng)集團(tuán)公司,在內(nèi)部管理上遇到了一系列的挑戰(zhàn),其中尤以財(cái)務(wù)管控問(wèn)題最為突出,它不僅成為集團(tuán)縱深發(fā)展的瓶頸,更是集團(tuán)財(cái)務(wù)危機(jī)產(chǎn)生的最大隱患之一。所以,探索民營(yíng)集團(tuán)公司財(cái)務(wù)管控的有效運(yùn)作模式與方法,,已成為發(fā)展企業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)中無(wú)法回避的重要課題。J集團(tuán)公司是典型的民營(yíng)集團(tuán)公司,正處于經(jīng)營(yíng)高速擴(kuò)張而管理沒(méi)有快速提升的脫節(jié)時(shí)期,暴露出諸多財(cái)務(wù)管控問(wèn)題,分析研究J集團(tuán)公司財(cái)務(wù)管控并加以改善,對(duì)中國(guó)民營(yíng)集團(tuán)公司的穩(wěn)步、健康發(fā)展具有較強(qiáng)的借鑒意義。 本文以J集團(tuán)公司為研究對(duì)象,依據(jù)財(cái)務(wù)管控相關(guān)理論,結(jié)合其實(shí)際情況,采用文獻(xiàn)綜述、理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際、案例分析的方法,在深入剖析J集團(tuán)公司財(cái)務(wù)管控現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,找出其財(cái)務(wù)管控模式上存在的問(wèn)題,并進(jìn)一步探討J集團(tuán)公司在財(cái)務(wù)組織管控、財(cái)務(wù)制度管控、預(yù)算與績(jī)效管控、資金管控、投融資管控、資產(chǎn)管控、內(nèi)部控制與風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管控等財(cái)務(wù)管控職能上的問(wèn)題,最后提出相應(yīng)的改進(jìn)建議,力圖完善J集團(tuán)財(cái)務(wù)管控體系,提升其內(nèi)部管理能力與競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:After more than 30 years of reform and development, private group companies have become an important pillar of China's national economy. They are effectively integrating social resources, making rational use of social idle funds, and providing social employment opportunities. The creation of social wealth and other aspects of play a major role. However, with the expansion of business scale and the complex and diversified organizational structure, the private group companies in our country have encountered a series of challenges in internal management, especially the financial control problem. It not only becomes the bottleneck of the Group's deep development, but also one of the biggest hidden dangers of the Group's financial crisis. Therefore, exploring the effective operation mode and method of financial control in private group companies has become an important topic in the development of enterprise economy. J group company is a typical private group company. It is in the disjointed period of rapid expansion and no rapid improvement of management, which exposes many problems of financial control, analyzes and studies the financial control and improvement of Group J Company, and makes steady progress to the private group companies in China. Healthy development has strong reference significance. This article takes J Group Company as the research object, according to the financial control related theory, unifies its actual situation, uses the literature summary, the theory unifies the practice, the case analysis method, in the thorough analysis J group company financial control present situation foundation, To find out the problems in its financial control model, and to further explore the financial organization control, financial system control, budget and performance control, capital control, investment and financing control, asset control, Finally, some suggestions are put forward to improve the financial control system of Group J so as to improve its internal management ability and competitive advantage.
