阜礦集團(tuán)HD公司領(lǐng)導(dǎo)決策模式研究

【摘要】:企業(yè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)決策關(guān)系到企業(yè)的盛衰興亡,對(duì)企業(yè)的發(fā)展起著決定性的作用。文中以領(lǐng)導(dǎo)決策模式為題進(jìn)行研究,致力于為HD企業(yè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者提供一定的決策建議和理論引導(dǎo)。通過對(duì)HD企業(yè)目前的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)決策模式進(jìn)行分析發(fā)現(xiàn),HD公司存在著人員參與民主化低、決策方式多樣化差、決策效率不夠明顯、決策層次不夠細(xì)致、決策監(jiān)督缺乏評(píng)價(jià)等問題,結(jié)合企業(yè)自身的歷史背景、行業(yè)優(yōu)勢(shì)、企業(yè)文化,提出HD公司領(lǐng)導(dǎo)決策模式的主體構(gòu)成及應(yīng)該遵循的原則,再依據(jù)模式理論提出了HD企業(yè)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)決策模式架構(gòu)及運(yùn)行機(jī)理,該模式架構(gòu)中包含決策的主體、應(yīng)遵循的原則、參考的程度、決策的類型、適用的方法和應(yīng)采取的模式,之后給出了該模式順利實(shí)施的體制和與之適應(yīng)的方法,最后給出了保障機(jī)制,如政策法規(guī)機(jī)制、過程程序機(jī)制、監(jiān)督評(píng)估機(jī)制和問責(zé)追究機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:Enterprise leadership decision is related to the rise and fall of enterprises, and plays a decisive role in the development of enterprises. In this paper, the leader decision model is studied to provide some decision advice and theoretical guidance for HD enterprise leaders. Through the analysis of the current leadership decision-making mode in HD enterprises, it is found that HD company has some problems, such as low democratization of personnel participation, poor diversification of decision-making methods, insufficient decision-making efficiency, insufficient detail of decision-making level, lack of evaluation of decision-making supervision, and so on. Based on the historical background, industry advantages and corporate culture, this paper puts forward the main body composition and principles to be followed in the leadership decision-making mode of HD company, and then puts forward the framework and operation mechanism of the leadership decision-making mode of HD enterprise according to the model theory. The framework of the model includes the main body of the decision, the principle to be followed, the degree of reference, the type of decision, the applicable method and the mode to be adopted. Finally, the guarantee mechanism, such as policy and regulation mechanism, process procedure mechanism, supervision and evaluation mechanism and accountability mechanism are given.
