【摘要】：天津醫(yī)藥集團(tuán)津康制藥是一家以醫(yī)藥中間體、原料藥及制劑為主要產(chǎn)品的醫(yī)藥企業(yè),其中,頭孢類抗生素原料藥及其制劑為津康制藥的拳頭產(chǎn)品,頭孢地尼原料藥及頭孢地尼膠囊均為國(guó)內(nèi)首研產(chǎn)品,國(guó)內(nèi)銷量排名第一。目前在全球范圍內(nèi),隨著人類對(duì)抗生素需求的持續(xù)增加,抗生素的市場(chǎng)占有率也在不斷攀升。現(xiàn)階段,中國(guó)已成為全球抗生素產(chǎn)量最大的國(guó)家,尤其在部分抗生素原料藥的生產(chǎn)方面,中國(guó)擁有絕對(duì)優(yōu)勢(shì)。然而,由于中國(guó)的抗生素產(chǎn)業(yè)幾乎是靠仿制為主,并且同質(zhì)化嚴(yán)重、產(chǎn)能過剩,缺乏核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,因此,加強(qiáng)抗生素生產(chǎn)企業(yè)產(chǎn)品的全面質(zhì)量管理,推動(dòng)抗生素產(chǎn)業(yè)從“中國(guó)仿造”向“中國(guó)制造”升級(jí),已成為當(dāng)前中國(guó)抗生素行業(yè)的一項(xiàng)迫切要求。本文以天津醫(yī)藥集團(tuán)津康制藥有限公司的頭孢地尼原料藥、頭孢地尼膠囊及頭孢泊肟酯顆粒等抗生素產(chǎn)品為研究對(duì)象,運(yùn)用全面質(zhì)量管理理論,基于質(zhì)量管理的PDCA循環(huán),使用質(zhì)量管理工具,對(duì)上述產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量管理和提升進(jìn)行了研究。本文首先根據(jù)全面質(zhì)量管理理論,通過PDCA循環(huán),以頭孢地尼原料藥為研究對(duì)象,找出管理過程中的問題所在,應(yīng)用合適的質(zhì)量管理工具,深入研究解決方法并達(dá)到產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量提升的目的,然后進(jìn)行結(jié)果的鞏固,同時(shí)將管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行推廣,應(yīng)用到頭孢地尼膠囊和頭孢泊肟酯顆粒等產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量管理中去,最終實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)整體質(zhì)量管理水平的提升。本文的研究結(jié)論,通過推廣可以進(jìn)一步應(yīng)用到其他頭孢類抗生素產(chǎn)品或者非頭孢類產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量管理上,從而帶動(dòng)企業(yè)生產(chǎn)、質(zhì)量等各方面管理效率的提高,進(jìn)一步提高企業(yè)在行業(yè)內(nèi)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。
[Abstract]:Tianjin Pharmaceutical Group Jinkang pharmaceutical is a pharmaceutical enterprise with pharmaceutical intermediates, raw materials and preparations as the main products. Among them, cephalosporins and their preparations are the fist products of Jinkang pharmaceutical. Cefidii raw materials and Cefdinir Capsules are all the first domestic products in China. The domestic sales rank the first. As the demand for antibiotics continues to increase, the market share of antibiotics is also rising. At this stage, China has become the largest country in the production of antibiotics in the world, especially in the production of some antibiotic raw materials, China has an absolute advantage. However, the antibiotic industry in China is mainly based on imitation. Therefore, it has become an urgent requirement for the current Chinese antibiotic industry to strengthen the overall quality management of the products of the antibiotic production enterprises and promote the promotion of the antibiotic industry from "Chinese imitation" to "China made". This article is based on Tianjin Pharmaceutical Group Jinkang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Cefidione, Cefdinir Capsules and Cefpodoxime Proxetil Granule are the research subjects. The quality management and promotion of the above products are studied using quality management theory, quality management based PDCA cycle and quality management tools. First, this article is based on the total quality management theory and through PDCA Ring, taking cefidione as the research object, finding out the problems in the management process, applying the appropriate quality management tools, studying the solution and improving the quality of the product, then consolidating the results, and popularizing the management experience, which should be used in Cefdinir Capsules and Cefpodoxime Proxetil Granule. The conclusion of this paper can be further applied to the quality management of other cephalosporins or non cephalosporins, thus improving the efficiency of enterprise production, quality and other aspects of management, and further improving the business of enterprises. The core competitiveness of the industry.
