ML公司員工流失現(xiàn)狀分析與對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:在現(xiàn)如今全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的背景下,企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)歸根結(jié)底就是人才的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),人力資源是企業(yè)各種資源中最關(guān)鍵的資源,也是最具能動(dòng)性的資源,日本著名企業(yè)家松下幸之助說(shuō):“企業(yè)最好的資產(chǎn)是人!睂(duì)于企業(yè)來(lái)說(shuō)人是最寶貴的資源,對(duì)于像筆者這樣的技術(shù)密集型的企業(yè)來(lái)說(shuō),保持技術(shù)領(lǐng)先一直是企業(yè)發(fā)展的核心要素之一,在知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)的今天,人力資源成為企業(yè)生存和發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵資源,隨著企業(yè)的發(fā)展和變化,人員會(huì)不斷流動(dòng),員工流失問題越來(lái)越多的受到關(guān)注。 本文以人才流動(dòng)理論為基礎(chǔ),針對(duì)ML公司員工流失情況進(jìn)行了分析和探討,通過對(duì)ML公司員工流失現(xiàn)狀的介紹和分析,,用個(gè)案研究法在問卷調(diào)查和一對(duì)一訪談的基礎(chǔ)上總結(jié)分析出所在企業(yè)的員工流失環(huán)境因素、企業(yè)因素和個(gè)人因素,并以此為依據(jù),結(jié)合ML公司員工工作現(xiàn)狀和需求期望,提出員工流失的應(yīng)對(duì)措施,用以改善ML公司人力資源管理,提高員工滿意度,降低員工流失率,使企業(yè)的人力資源配置能夠滿足企業(yè)發(fā)展的需要。
[Abstract]:Under the background of global economic integration nowadays, the competition of enterprises is, in the final analysis, the competition of talents. Human resources are the most critical and dynamic resources among all kinds of resources of enterprises. "the best assets of a business are people," said Matsushita Konosuke, a famous Japanese entrepreneur. For an enterprise, people are the most valuable resource. For a technology-intensive enterprise like the author, keeping the technology leading is always one of the core elements of the enterprise development. In the knowledge economy today, Human resources have become the key resources for the survival and development of enterprises. With the development and change of enterprises, the staff will flow constantly, and the problem of staff loss will be paid more and more attention. Based on the theory of talent flow, this paper analyzes and discusses the situation of staff turnover in ML Company, and introduces and analyzes the current situation of staff turnover in ML Company. On the basis of questionnaire survey and one-to-one interview, case study method is used to summarize and analyze the environmental factors, enterprise factors and individual factors of employee turnover in the company, and based on this, combined with the current situation and demand expectation of employees in ML Company. In order to improve the human resource management of ML company, improve the employee satisfaction and reduce the staff turnover rate, the human resource allocation of the enterprise can meet the needs of the development of the enterprise.
