基于Arena仿真的生產(chǎn)線改善研究

【摘要】:隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)發(fā)展,行業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)加劇。各企業(yè)為了在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中不被淘汰,努力提高自身的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,不斷降低生產(chǎn)成本,提高生產(chǎn)效率,為達(dá)到這一目的,不少企業(yè)都在生產(chǎn)中采用流水線生產(chǎn)作業(yè)方式,或人工作業(yè),或人機(jī)聯(lián)合作業(yè),使生產(chǎn)工藝細(xì)分,以此提高生產(chǎn)效率。在生產(chǎn)工藝有效細(xì)分后,工位上的工人各司其職,不僅降低了單個(gè)工人的操作困難程度,而且還降低了每個(gè)工位上工人的具體生產(chǎn)作業(yè)時(shí)間,但也出現(xiàn)一個(gè)問(wèn)題:某個(gè)作業(yè)的工序被分解后,因?yàn)槊總(gè)工位上的工人作業(yè)內(nèi)容的不同而導(dǎo)致作業(yè)時(shí)間的不一樣,這樣會(huì)讓部分工位一直處于忙碌狀態(tài)中,而有些工位卻比較閑,使整個(gè)生產(chǎn)線的生產(chǎn)效率都會(huì)受到負(fù)面影響,導(dǎo)致效果低下。 在本文中,針對(duì)四川某大型生產(chǎn)制造企業(yè)的ZL50E-3裝載機(jī)總裝生產(chǎn)線上的一個(gè)車間的具體組裝流程,應(yīng)用Arena建模仿真技術(shù)與工業(yè)工程中的改善手段對(duì)該組裝生產(chǎn)線進(jìn)行分析并改善。對(duì)總裝生產(chǎn)線進(jìn)行觀察分析,制作相應(yīng)的工藝流程圖。由于仿真模型中,要使用工位上作業(yè)時(shí)間的數(shù)學(xué)分布表達(dá)式,就需要多次測(cè)量工位作業(yè)時(shí)間,為了數(shù)據(jù)精度和觀測(cè)成本都能綜合考慮達(dá)到一個(gè)整體最優(yōu)值,在本研究中采用誤差界限法來(lái)確定具體工位需要的觀測(cè)次數(shù)。在對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)單過(guò)濾后,使用Arena仿真軟件中自帶的分析軟件對(duì)收集到的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析處理,分析出作業(yè)時(shí)間的最佳擬合分布函數(shù)。再用Arena仿真軟件建立當(dāng)前組裝生產(chǎn)線的仿真模型,然后對(duì)模型進(jìn)行設(shè)置并運(yùn)行,再對(duì)仿真結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析,找出瓶頸工序。應(yīng)用工業(yè)工程中的方法研究對(duì)瓶頸工序進(jìn)行改善,有效減少了工人作業(yè)時(shí)間,縮短生產(chǎn)節(jié)拍。再以改善后的生產(chǎn)線數(shù)據(jù)來(lái)修正之前建立的仿真模型,把仿真結(jié)果與改善前的仿真結(jié)果做對(duì)比分析由理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合,表明了仿真技術(shù)可以通過(guò)對(duì)現(xiàn)實(shí)生產(chǎn)線的仿真反應(yīng)當(dāng)前生產(chǎn)線的現(xiàn)狀,可以由此分析出問(wèn)題所在;工業(yè)工程技術(shù)可以使用方法研究與作業(yè)測(cè)量手段有效改善影響生產(chǎn)線生產(chǎn)的因素,二者相結(jié)合,可以快速找到問(wèn)題并解決問(wèn)題。本文中為單次生產(chǎn)作業(yè)中整條生產(chǎn)線節(jié)約了約20秒作業(yè)時(shí)間,提高了生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)量。
[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology, industry competition intensifies. In order not to be eliminated in the competition, the enterprises strive to improve their market competitiveness, continuously reduce production costs and improve production efficiency. In order to achieve this goal, many enterprises adopt assembly line production operation mode in production. Or manual work, or man-machine joint operation, so that the production process subdivision, so as to improve production efficiency. After the production process has been effectively subdivided, the workers on the work stations perform their respective duties, which not only reduces the operational difficulties of individual workers, but also reduces the specific production time of the workers at each work station. But there is also a problem: when the process of a particular job is decomposed, the work time is different because of the different contents of the workers' work at each station, which will keep some of the work stations busy all the time. Some work stations are relatively idle, so the production efficiency of the entire production line will be adversely affected, resulting in low efficiency. In this paper, according to the concrete assembly flow of a workshop in a ZL50E-3 loader assembly line of a large manufacturing enterprise in Sichuan province, the Arena modeling and simulation technology and the improvement means in industrial engineering are used to analyze and improve the assembly line. Observe and analyze the assembly line and make the corresponding process flow chart. In the simulation model, in order to use the mathematical distribution expression of the working time on the work station, it is necessary to measure the working time many times. In order to achieve the overall optimum value, the data precision and the observation cost can be considered synthetically. In this study, the error limit method is used to determine the number of observations required. After the simple filtering of the data, the data collected are analyzed and processed by using the analysis software of Arena simulation software, and the best fitting distribution function of the job time is analyzed. Then the simulation model of assembly line is established by using Arena simulation software, then the model is set up and run, and the simulation results are analyzed to find out the bottleneck procedure. The method of industrial engineering is applied to improve the bottleneck process, which can effectively reduce the working time of workers and shorten the production rhythm. Then the improved production line data is used to modify the simulation model established before, and the simulation results are compared with those before the improvement by combining theory with practice. The results show that the simulation technology can reflect the current situation of the production line through the simulation of the actual production line, and the problem can be analyzed. Industrial engineering technology can effectively improve the factors that affect the production line by means of method research and operation measurement. The combination of the two methods can quickly find the problem and solve the problem. In this paper, the whole production line is saved about 20 seconds and the output is improved.
