【摘要】:人力資源是現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理中最為寶貴的資源,然而,當前民營中小企業(yè)的員工流失率較高,員工的忠誠度較低,嚴重地影響了中小企業(yè)的發(fā)展速度,成為企業(yè)更好更快發(fā)展的障礙。因此,如何充分調(diào)動各級員工的創(chuàng)造性和積極性,最大程度地發(fā)揮員工的潛能,留住人才,以保證企業(yè)發(fā)展目的的實現(xiàn),這是所有企業(yè)的面臨的一個非常重要的課題,也是本文所要進行研究的目標。 本文運用調(diào)查研究法、文獻分析法、診斷分析法,結(jié)合所在的三門峽XT汽車貿(mào)易集團(文中簡稱XT集團)的實際,分析了該公司激勵機制存在的問題,對民營中小企業(yè)如何構建有效的員工激勵機制提出了自己的看法。 本文共分為六章,第一章為緒論,提出研究的背景及現(xiàn)實意義,結(jié)合文獻回顧國內(nèi)外研究成果,介紹研究方法與研究內(nèi)容;第二章為相關基礎理論的介紹,主要介紹本文進行員工激勵機制設計所遵循的原則和方法;第三章為XT集團激勵方案的現(xiàn)狀,介紹企業(yè)的發(fā)展、經(jīng)營狀況,重點分析企業(yè)面臨的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境、激勵機制現(xiàn)狀方案及存在問題;第四章為對XT集團員工激勵機制的設計,提出公司員工激勵機制主要內(nèi)容、實施步驟以及配套措施;第五章為激勵機制設計的效果評價,建立激勵機制效果評價模型,,對所設計的激勵機制進行效果評價;第六章對全文進行了總結(jié)。 本文旨在為中小企業(yè)提供參考。中小企業(yè)可以自身的發(fā)展實際,改進公司的員工激勵機制,抓住發(fā)展機遇,以幫助企業(yè)實現(xiàn)又好又快發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Human resource is the most precious resource in modern enterprise management. However, the staff turnover rate is high and the employee loyalty is low, which seriously affects the development speed of small and medium-sized enterprises. To become an obstacle to better and faster development of enterprises. Therefore, how to fully mobilize the creativity and enthusiasm of employees at all levels, maximize the potential of employees and retain talents to ensure the realization of enterprise development goals is a very important issue facing all enterprises. It is also the goal of this paper. This paper analyzes the problems of incentive mechanism in Sanmenxia XT Automobile Trade Group (XT Group) by means of investigation, literature analysis and diagnostic analysis. The author puts forward his own views on how to construct an effective employee incentive mechanism for small and medium-sized private enterprises. This paper is divided into six chapters, the first chapter is the introduction, the background and practical significance of the research, combined with the literature review of domestic and foreign research results, the introduction of research methods and contents, the second chapter is the introduction of relevant basic theory. This paper mainly introduces the principles and methods of employee incentive mechanism design in this paper, the third chapter is the current situation of incentive scheme of XT Group, introduces the development and management of the enterprise, and analyzes the internal and external environment faced by the enterprise. The fourth chapter is the design of the incentive mechanism of XT Group, the main contents of the incentive mechanism, the implementation steps and supporting measures; the fifth chapter is the evaluation of the effect of the incentive mechanism design. The effect evaluation model of incentive mechanism is established to evaluate the effect of the designed incentive mechanism. Chapter 6 summarizes the whole paper. The purpose of this paper is to provide reference for small and medium enterprises. Small and medium-sized enterprises can develop their own reality, improve the staff incentive mechanism, seize the development opportunities to help enterprises achieve good and fast development.
