【摘要】：針對(duì)BIM技術(shù)在我國(guó)建筑業(yè)推廣緩慢的困境,將BIM應(yīng)用看作企業(yè)的一種技術(shù)創(chuàng)新行為,從技術(shù)支持、創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)、數(shù)據(jù)互用能力和企業(yè)吸收能力4個(gè)層面,總結(jié)24個(gè)BIM技術(shù)創(chuàng)新行為誘導(dǎo)因素。采用多元統(tǒng)計(jì)方法——結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型(SEM)構(gòu)建企業(yè)BIM技術(shù)創(chuàng)新行為誘導(dǎo)機(jī)制結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型,探討多變量間的因果作用關(guān)系。通過模型假設(shè)驗(yàn)證和路徑分析,提出技術(shù)支持對(duì)BIM技術(shù)創(chuàng)新行為產(chǎn)生最大的綜合效應(yīng),創(chuàng)新網(wǎng)絡(luò)在誘導(dǎo)機(jī)制中作用路徑數(shù)量最多,數(shù)據(jù)互用能力是路徑傳播的關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn),企業(yè)吸收能力對(duì)BIM技術(shù)創(chuàng)新行為有最顯著的直接影響。通過對(duì)誘導(dǎo)路徑和關(guān)鍵因素的識(shí)別,為企業(yè)BIM技術(shù)創(chuàng)新行為提出改進(jìn)策略,促進(jìn)BIM技術(shù)應(yīng)用推廣,提高我國(guó)建筑業(yè)信息化水平。
[Abstract]:In view of the slow spread of BIM technology in the construction industry of our country, the application of BIM is regarded as a kind of technological innovation behavior of enterprises, from four aspects: technology support, innovation network, data interoperability ability and enterprise absorption ability. The inducement factors of 24 BIM technology innovation behaviors were summarized. The structure equation model of BIM technology innovation behavior induction mechanism is constructed by using multivariate statistical method-structure equation model (SEM), and the causality between variables is discussed. Through model hypothesis verification and path analysis, it is proposed that technology support has the largest comprehensive effect on BIM technology innovation behavior, and innovation network has the largest number of paths in the induction mechanism, and the ability of data interoperability is the key node of path propagation. The absorptive capacity of enterprises has the most significant direct influence on the technological innovation behavior of BIM. By identifying the inducing path and key factors, the paper puts forward the improvement strategy for the innovation behavior of BIM technology in enterprises, promotes the application and popularization of BIM technology, and improves the informatization level of construction industry in our country.
