X公司太陽能電池制造過程質(zhì)量控制研究

【摘要】:太陽能電池制造是指將硅片通過清洗、擴散、鍍膜、印刷和燒結(jié)等工序,制作成為太陽能電池的過程,其生產(chǎn)過程的質(zhì)量控制是提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和企業(yè)核心競爭力的基礎(chǔ)。本文擬通過對X公司太陽能電池生產(chǎn)過程質(zhì)量控制的優(yōu)化研究,探索出一套查找關(guān)鍵工序和質(zhì)量控制點、分析質(zhì)量控制問題、制定對應(yīng)措施、提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的方法,為其他制造類企業(yè)的質(zhì)量控制優(yōu)化提供一個鮮活的案例。 本文以X公司太陽能電池制造過程的質(zhì)量控制為研究對象通過SW0T分析法分析X公司的質(zhì)量管理現(xiàn)狀;通過直方圖法分析影響太陽能電池質(zhì)量的關(guān)鍵工序和關(guān)鍵質(zhì)量控制點;通過因果圖法研究關(guān)鍵工序和主要質(zhì)量控制點對太陽能電池片質(zhì)量的影響;通過PDCA法設(shè)計出對應(yīng)的預(yù)防和控制措施,減少產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量問題的發(fā)生。論文主要研究內(nèi)容如下: (1)X公司加強質(zhì)量管理、改善質(zhì)量控制方法的重要性和緊迫性研究。通過分析光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)的行業(yè)現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展趨勢,研究X公司所處的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境,提出加強質(zhì)量控制是太陽能電池制造企業(yè)在光伏行業(yè)整合重組階段,保存自身、提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和市場競爭力的重要手段。 (2)X公司太陽能電池制造過程關(guān)鍵質(zhì)量影響因素的研究。以X公司太陽能電池生產(chǎn)制造過程為例,在系統(tǒng)分析X公司質(zhì)量管理現(xiàn)狀、太陽能電池生產(chǎn)流程和太陽能電池關(guān)鍵質(zhì)量影響因子的基礎(chǔ)上,通過直方圖、4MlE、因果圖等方法識別X公司太陽能電池制造過程的關(guān)鍵工序和質(zhì)量控制點,并對生產(chǎn)過程中的主要質(zhì)量問題進(jìn)行分析歸納。 (3)X公司太陽能電池制造過程質(zhì)量改進(jìn)方案的設(shè)計與實施研究。以X公司太陽能電池制造過程中的關(guān)鍵生產(chǎn)工序、關(guān)鍵質(zhì)量控制點和主要質(zhì)量管理問題為研究對象,設(shè)計、制定對應(yīng)的質(zhì)量控制和預(yù)防措施,確保X公司生產(chǎn)的太陽能電池達(dá)到預(yù)定質(zhì)量目標(biāo),滿足客戶潛在要求。 本文的創(chuàng)新之處在于將關(guān)鍵質(zhì)量控制點的概念引入太陽能電池制造企業(yè)的日常生產(chǎn)中,使得企業(yè)能夠?qū)⒂邢薜馁Y源更多的用于關(guān)鍵工序和質(zhì)量控制點的管理控制中,減少由于開展全過程質(zhì)量控制所產(chǎn)生的邊際效應(yīng)和資源浪費,更好的實現(xiàn)了產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的提升。
[Abstract]:Solar cell manufacturing refers to the process of making silicon wafers into solar cells by cleaning, diffusion, coating, printing and sintering. The quality control of the production process is the basis to improve the quality of products and the core competitiveness of enterprises. In this paper, through the optimization research on the quality control of solar cell production process in X Company, a set of methods to find key processes and quality control points, to analyze quality control problems, to formulate corresponding measures and to improve product quality are explored. Provide a fresh case for quality control optimization of other manufacturing enterprises. In this paper, the quality control of solar cell manufacturing process in X Company is taken as the research object. The current situation of quality management in X Company is analyzed by SW0T analysis, and the key processes and key quality control points that affect the quality of solar cell are analyzed by histogram method. The effect of key processes and main quality control points on the quality of solar cells was studied by causality diagram, and the corresponding prevention and control measures were designed by PDCA method to reduce the occurrence of product quality problems. The main contents of this thesis are as follows: Research on the importance and urgency of strengthening quality Management and improving quality Control methods in the company. By analyzing the current situation and developing trend of photovoltaic industry, the paper studies the internal and external environment of X Company, and puts forward that strengthening quality control is the stage of solar cell manufacturing enterprises' integration and reorganization in photovoltaic industry, and it preserves itself. An important means of improving product quality and market competitiveness. Study on the key quality factors of Solar Cell Manufacturing process in Guan2 X Co., Ltd. Taking the manufacturing process of solar cells in X Company as an example, this paper systematically analyzes the current situation of quality management in X Company, the production process of solar cells and the key quality influencing factors of solar cells. The key processes and quality control points of solar cell manufacturing process in X Company are identified by means of histogram 4MlE and causality diagram, and the main quality problems in the production process are analyzed and summarized. The Design and implementation of quality improvement Scheme for Solar Cell Manufacturing process of Y3 X Co., Ltd. Taking the key production process, key quality control points and main quality management problems in the solar cell manufacturing process of X Company as the research object, the corresponding quality control and prevention measures are designed and worked out. Ensure that X solar cells meet scheduled quality goals and meet potential customer requirements. The innovation of this paper lies in introducing the concept of critical quality control point into the daily production of solar cell manufacturing enterprises, which enables enterprises to use more limited resources in the management and control of key processes and quality control points. By reducing the marginal effect and waste of resources caused by the whole process quality control, the product quality can be improved better.
