【摘要】：每個建設項目都需要進行投資管理,即綜合運用工程的技術、經(jīng)濟和管理等方面的知識和技能,對工程造價進行預測、計劃、控制、核算、分析和評價等[1],其中:投資估算是進行建設項目技術經(jīng)濟評價和投資決策的基礎。著重介紹建設項目投資估算的編制作用、階段、依據(jù)、流程、費用組成及基礎積累。
[Abstract]:Each construction project requires investment management, that is, comprehensive use of technical, economic and managerial knowledge and skills of the project, prediction, planning, control and accounting of the project cost. Analysis and evaluation [1], in which: investment estimation is the basis of technical and economic evaluation and investment decision of construction projects. This paper mainly introduces the function, stage, basis, process, cost composition and basic accumulation of investment estimation of construction project.
