A公司工程機(jī)械再制造模式構(gòu)建研究

【摘要】:摘要:再制造是環(huán)境經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、生態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)和資源經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)相互融合、共同演進(jìn)的結(jié)果,是將生態(tài)環(huán)境要素內(nèi)生于經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)之中的新理念。工程機(jī)械再制造是將有再制造價(jià)值的廢舊工程機(jī)械作為再制造毛坯,運(yùn)用高科技的清洗工藝、修復(fù)技術(shù),或者利用新材料、新技術(shù)進(jìn)行專業(yè)化、批量化修復(fù)、改造和性能升級(jí),所獲得的再制造工程機(jī)械在技術(shù)性能和安全質(zhì)量等方面可以達(dá)到甚至超過(guò)新產(chǎn)品的水平,并將“資源—產(chǎn)品—廢棄物”這一傳統(tǒng)的線性物質(zhì)流動(dòng)方式改造為“資源—產(chǎn)品—再生資源”的循環(huán)發(fā)展模式,這是是現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的新趨勢(shì),實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)、環(huán)境和社會(huì)效益的統(tǒng)一,建成可持續(xù)的生產(chǎn)和消費(fèi)社會(huì)。 本文以對(duì)工程機(jī)械再制造產(chǎn)業(yè)構(gòu)建的基本理論、標(biāo)桿企業(yè)以及市場(chǎng)的研究為基礎(chǔ),構(gòu)建適合A再制造產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的經(jīng)營(yíng)模式,推動(dòng)其產(chǎn)業(yè)快速發(fā)展。隨著工程機(jī)械行業(yè)“五萬(wàn)億”春天的消退,市場(chǎng)萎縮工程量驟降,二手設(shè)備回購(gòu)量急劇增大,客戶應(yīng)收賬款激增,整個(gè)行業(yè)面臨前所未有的挑戰(zhàn)。而A公司作為全球工程機(jī)械50強(qiáng)排名第6位,全球2000強(qiáng)企業(yè)第776位,甚至國(guó)內(nèi)乃至國(guó)際工程機(jī)械行業(yè)的領(lǐng)軍企業(yè)也不例外。企業(yè)對(duì)二手設(shè)備的扭轉(zhuǎn)成為抵御經(jīng)營(yíng)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的重要方式之一,而再制造產(chǎn)業(yè)正是支撐加快二手設(shè)備扭轉(zhuǎn)的關(guān)鍵手段。這不僅對(duì)A再制造產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展,甚至對(duì)整個(gè)國(guó)內(nèi)工程機(jī)械行業(yè)市場(chǎng)發(fā)展提供了一個(gè)較好的示范模式。 A公司再制造是從目標(biāo)與動(dòng)力模式、組織與經(jīng)營(yíng)模式、技術(shù)與制造模式六個(gè)方面進(jìn)行構(gòu)建的。第一,A公司目標(biāo)模式為整機(jī)再制造的模式,這與該公司現(xiàn)有資源和未來(lái)工程機(jī)械板塊發(fā)展是相互匹配的,而動(dòng)力模式則非選擇以營(yíng)利為首選,而是盤活公司大量二手設(shè)備的扭轉(zhuǎn),提供銷售增值服務(wù)為主;第二,A公司的組織與經(jīng)營(yíng)模式是以主機(jī)生產(chǎn)廠家主導(dǎo),且采取集聚又分散式的運(yùn)作模式;第三,技術(shù)與制造模式則是模塊化的制造模式更適合A公司,而技術(shù)上將是主要以尺寸修復(fù)、換件法為主。為了保障A公司再制造產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展,將從完善再制造制度與機(jī)制、構(gòu)建舊件回收與再制造產(chǎn)品市場(chǎng)秩序、人財(cái)物、技術(shù)與知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)等五個(gè)方面來(lái)保障A公司再制造產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Absrtact: remanufacturing is the result of the integration and evolution of environmental economics, ecological economics and resource economics, and it is a new idea that the elements of ecological environment are born in the economic growth. The remanufacturing of construction machinery is to use the waste engineering machinery with the value of remanufacturing as a remanufacturing blank, using high-tech cleaning technology, repairing technology, or using new materials and new technologies to professionalize, batch repair, transform and upgrade the performance. The remanufacturing engineering machinery obtained can reach or even exceed the level of new products in terms of technical performance and safety and quality. The traditional linear material flow mode of "resources-product-waste" is transformed into the circular development mode of "resources-product-renewable resources", which is a new trend of modern economic development. The unity of environmental and social benefits, the establishment of a sustainable production and consumption society. Based on the basic theory of construction machinery remanufacturing industry, benchmarking enterprises and market research, this paper constructs a business model suitable for the development of A remanufacturing industry, and promotes the rapid development of its industry. With the recession of "5 trillion" spring in construction machinery industry, the market shrinks sharply, the amount of second-hand equipment repurchase increases sharply, the customer accounts receivable surge, and the whole industry faces unprecedented challenges. Company A ranks 6th in the top 50 of global construction machinery, 776th among the top 2000 companies in the world, and even the leading enterprise in the construction machinery industry at home and abroad. The turnaround of second-hand equipment becomes one of the important ways to resist the risk of management, and the remanufacturing industry is the key means to support and accelerate the twisting of second-hand equipment. It not only provides a good model for the development of A remanufacturing industry, but also for the whole domestic construction machinery market. Company A remanufacturing is constructed from six aspects: goal and power mode, organization and management model, technology and manufacturing mode. The first company's target model is a full-machine remanufacturing model, which matches the company's existing resources and the future development of the construction machinery sector, while the power model is not chosen as the first choice for profit. It is to revitalize the turnaround of a large number of second-hand equipment in the company and to provide value-added sales services mainly. Second, the organization and business model of company A is dominated by mainframe manufacturers and adopts a centralized and decentralized mode of operation. Third, Technology and manufacturing mode is modular manufacturing model more suitable for A company, and the technology will be mainly based on dimension repair, replacement method. In order to ensure the development of company A's remanufacturing industry, the development of company A's remanufacturing industry will be ensured from five aspects: perfecting the remanufacturing system and mechanism, constructing the market order of old parts recovery and remanufacturing products, people's property, technology and intellectual property.
