【摘要】：隨著消費(fèi)者對(duì)汽車需求的迅速增長，汽車由最開始的奢侈消費(fèi)品逐步變?yōu)榱似胀ㄏM(fèi)品，汽車銷售量的增加必然會(huì)推動(dòng)汽車售后服務(wù)市場的迅猛發(fā)展。目前，，汽車售后服務(wù)不僅是企業(yè)主要的獲利部分，也是汽車4S店實(shí)行差異化戰(zhàn)略來爭取客戶的主要手段，因此如何降低汽車售后服務(wù)的成本、增加利潤成為了汽車企業(yè)制勝的關(guān)鍵。 本文將通過對(duì)通遼東風(fēng)悅達(dá)起亞4S店汽車備件庫存的控制研究，對(duì)汽車備件管理的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析并研究存在問題，做出分類優(yōu)化模型和訂貨決策，幫助通遼東風(fēng)悅達(dá)起亞4S店提升售后備件服務(wù)水平，降低庫存成本，提高市場競爭力。 全文分六章，第一章闡述研究背景、國內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀分析、研究方法和研究思路；第二章對(duì)庫存管理相關(guān)理論綜述，闡明本文理論基礎(chǔ)；第三章對(duì)通遼東風(fēng)悅達(dá)起亞4S店汽車備件庫存現(xiàn)狀及存在問題進(jìn)行分析并找出成因；第四章基于通遼東風(fēng)悅達(dá)起亞4S店汽車備件庫存現(xiàn)狀研究其備件分類優(yōu)化模型；第五章制定通遼東風(fēng)悅達(dá)起亞4S店汽車備件訂貨決策；第六章做出結(jié)論，總結(jié)本文局限性并對(duì)未來發(fā)展研究做出展望。 本文主要的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)是在結(jié)合通遼市的小城市經(jīng)濟(jì)背景上，從單個(gè)汽車4S店的角度出發(fā)，將AHP分析法與ABC分類法有機(jī)結(jié)合，對(duì)汽車4S店的單級(jí)庫存的分類提出新的優(yōu)化方法，同時(shí)在優(yōu)化的分類結(jié)果基礎(chǔ)之上，制定了汽車備件相應(yīng)類別的訂貨決策，從而找到提升中小型汽車4S店市場競爭力的辦法。 本論文通過定性計(jì)算，驗(yàn)證了上述模型和決策的科學(xué)性、合理性和適用性，力求解決了通遼東風(fēng)起亞4S店的實(shí)際問題，并產(chǎn)生一定效益。
[Abstract]:With the rapid growth of consumers' demand for automobiles, the automobile has gradually changed from the first luxury consumer to the ordinary consumer goods, and the increase of automobile sales will inevitably promote the rapid development of the automobile after-sales service market. At present, automobile after-sales service is not only the main profit part of the enterprise, but also the main means for automobile 4S store to carry out differentiation strategy to win customers. Therefore, how to reduce the cost of automobile after-sales service, Increasing profits has become the key to the success of auto companies. Through the research on the inventory control of spare parts in Dongfeng Yueda Kia 4Sdian in Tongliao, this paper analyzes the present situation of spare parts management, studies the existing problems, and makes the classification optimization model and ordering decision. To help Tongliao Dongfeng Yueda Kia 4 Shop improve after-sale spare parts service level, reduce inventory costs, improve market competitiveness. This paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter describes the research background, the current research situation at home and abroad, the research methods and research ideas, the second chapter summarizes the relevant theories of inventory management, clarifies the theoretical basis of this paper. The third chapter analyzes the present situation and existing problems of automobile spare parts inventory in Dongfeng Yueda Kia 4Sdian in Tongliao, and finds out the cause of formation, the fourth chapter studies the classification and optimization model of spare parts based on the inventory status of Dongfeng Yueda-4Sdian in Tongliao Dongfeng Yueda. In the fifth chapter, we make the decision of ordering spare parts in Dongfeng Yueda Kia 4Sdian in Tongliao. Chapter 6 draws a conclusion, summarizes the limitations of this paper and makes a prospect for the future research. The main innovation of this paper is to combine the economic background of small cities in Tongliao City, from the point of view of single automobile 4S shop, combine the AHP analysis method with ABC classification method organically, and put forward a new optimization method to the single level inventory classification of automobile 4S store. At the same time, on the basis of the optimized classification results, the ordering decision of the corresponding category of automobile spare parts is made, so as to find a way to enhance the market competitiveness of the small and medium-sized automobile 4S stores. Through qualitative calculation, this paper verifies the scientific nature, rationality and applicability of the above model and decision making, and tries to solve the practical problems of Dongfeng Kia 4Sdian in Tongliao and produce certain benefits.
