【摘要】：我國建筑業(yè)近年來有很大的發(fā)展,X建筑業(yè)企業(yè)也面臨著更多的風(fēng)險。當(dāng)前我國建筑企業(yè)面臨四大問題,即企業(yè)資產(chǎn)負(fù)債率高;企業(yè)債權(quán)高;企業(yè)法律訴訟率高;企業(yè)不良資產(chǎn)率高。這“四高”直接導(dǎo)致了X建筑企業(yè)也面臨著極高的財務(wù)風(fēng)險,同時也造成了企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展風(fēng)險高。在此背景下,本文重點關(guān)注的是X建筑業(yè)企業(yè)面臨的具體風(fēng)險有哪些,如何預(yù)防、應(yīng)對及規(guī)避這些風(fēng)險。本文主要針對X建筑企業(yè)所面臨的財務(wù)風(fēng)險展開,通過分析建筑企業(yè)產(chǎn)生的階段及原因,針對這些財務(wù)風(fēng)險提出切實可行的解決辦法,并幫助企業(yè)建立相關(guān)的風(fēng)險防范體系,對一些不可避免的財物損失找出將損失降低的方法。運用風(fēng)險防范原理等理論,提高X建筑企業(yè)的收益能力,為X建筑企業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展提供保障。首先,本文對風(fēng)險及企業(yè)財務(wù)風(fēng)險的內(nèi)涵進行了界定,以各種財務(wù)學(xué)理論為基礎(chǔ),詳盡闡述了財務(wù)風(fēng)險管理如何有助于建筑企業(yè)利潤目標(biāo)的實現(xiàn)。進而結(jié)合建筑業(yè)企業(yè)生產(chǎn)特點,針對某一具體建設(shè)工程項目全壽命周期展開,從項目可行性研究階段開始至項目竣工驗收合格結(jié)束。分析建設(shè)工程項目每一個階段面臨的風(fēng)險內(nèi)容,并考察X建筑企業(yè)是如何應(yīng)對這些風(fēng)險的,最后可以分析出X建筑企業(yè)如何建立自身風(fēng)險防范體系的。綜上所述,對如何加強建筑企業(yè)財務(wù)風(fēng)險控制與防范提出具體措施,綜合各方面影響因素建立企業(yè)自身風(fēng)險防范體系。本文首先明確這些具有行業(yè)特色的財務(wù)風(fēng)險內(nèi)容,沿著提出問題,分析問題,解決問題的思路展開。在分析問題階段,以財務(wù)學(xué)理論為基礎(chǔ),運用各種學(xué)說財務(wù)風(fēng)險管理如何有助于企業(yè)運營。通過對建筑企業(yè)進行整體考察,指出其財務(wù)風(fēng)險管理中的問題,并以某一具體項目發(fā)展為主線,分析不同階段企業(yè)面臨的不同的財務(wù)風(fēng)險,并指出其產(chǎn)生的原因。在結(jié)合該企業(yè)現(xiàn)階段的各種風(fēng)險管理基礎(chǔ)之上,找到合理有效的企業(yè)各種風(fēng)險管理體系中的具體措施;提出財務(wù)風(fēng)險管理不僅局限于經(jīng)濟方法,更依賴于企業(yè)各項制度完善及企業(yè)文化建設(shè)。從根本上改善企業(yè)財務(wù)風(fēng)險管理模式,并由此建立企業(yè)全面財務(wù)風(fēng)險管理體系。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's construction industry has a great development and construction enterprises are also facing more risks. At present, the construction enterprises in our country are faced with four major problems, namely, the high ratio of assets and liabilities, the high creditor's rights, the high legal litigation rate of enterprises, and the high rate of non-performing assets of enterprises. This "four high" directly causes X construction enterprise to face extremely high financial risk, at the same time, it also causes high risk of sustainable development of enterprise. Under this background, this paper focuses on the specific risks faced by X construction enterprises, how to prevent, deal with and avoid these risks. This article mainly aims at the financial risk that X construction enterprise faces, through analyzing the stage and the reason of the construction enterprise, put forward the feasible solution to these financial risks, and help the enterprise to establish the related risk prevention system. Find a way to reduce the loss of some unavoidable property. The theory of risk prevention is used to improve the earning ability of X construction enterprises and to provide guarantee for the sustainable development of X construction enterprises. Firstly, this paper defines the connotation of risk and enterprise financial risk. Based on various theories of finance, this paper expounds in detail how financial risk management contributes to the realization of profit objectives of construction enterprises. According to the production characteristics of construction enterprises, the whole life cycle of a specific construction project is carried out, from the stage of feasibility study to the completion and acceptance of the project. This paper analyzes the contents of the risks in each stage of the construction project, and examines how the X construction enterprise deals with these risks. Finally, it analyzes how the X construction enterprise establishes its own risk prevention system. To sum up, this paper puts forward concrete measures to strengthen the financial risk control and prevention of construction enterprises, and establishes the enterprise's own risk prevention system by synthesizing various factors. Firstly, this paper clarifies the content of financial risk with industry characteristics, and develops along the train of thought of raising, analyzing and solving problems. In the stage of analyzing the problem, based on the theory of finance, how to use various theories of financial risk management is helpful to the operation of enterprises. Through the overall investigation of the construction enterprises, this paper points out the problems in the financial risk management, analyzes the different financial risks faced by the enterprises in different stages and points out the reasons for their emergence, taking the development of a specific project as the main line. On the basis of various kinds of risk management in the present stage of the enterprise, the concrete measures in various risk management systems of a reasonable and effective enterprise are found, and the financial risk management is not limited to economic methods. More depends on the enterprise each system consummation and the enterprise culture construction. The enterprise financial risk management mode is improved fundamentally, and the overall financial risk management system is established.
