【摘要】：交易市場(chǎng)對(duì)于充分發(fā)揮市場(chǎng)在資源配置中的決定性作用、形成統(tǒng)一有序的價(jià)格體系、增強(qiáng)市場(chǎng)透明度和行業(yè)持續(xù)健康發(fā)展等方面意義重大。宜昌具有較好的磷礦石及磷產(chǎn)品交易市場(chǎng)建設(shè)條件,建議借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)典型大型商品交易市場(chǎng)建設(shè)經(jīng)驗(yàn),加快磷礦石及磷產(chǎn)品交易市場(chǎng)建設(shè)。高效的組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的標(biāo)的物、科學(xué)的磷礦石價(jià)格指數(shù)以及現(xiàn)代化物流體系打造是交易市場(chǎng)建設(shè)的有力保障。
[Abstract]:The trading market is of great significance in giving full play to the decisive role of the market in the allocation of resources, forming a unified and orderly price system, enhancing the transparency of the market and the sustained and healthy development of the industry.Yichang has good market construction conditions for phosphate rock and phosphorus products. It is suggested that the construction of phosphate rock and phosphorus products market should be accelerated by referring to the experience of large commodity market construction in China.Efficient organization and leadership, standardized subject matter, scientific phosphate rock price index and modern logistics system are the guarantee of market construction.
