【摘要】：在全球經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化快速發(fā)展及競爭不斷加劇的今天,西方企業(yè)尤其是跨國公司面對激烈的外部環(huán)境,陸續(xù)改變企業(yè)經(jīng)營戰(zhàn)略,各企業(yè)之間的競爭關(guān)系從絕對競爭轉(zhuǎn)向競爭合作。戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟由此越來越受到企業(yè)的青睞,成為企業(yè)不斷發(fā)展壯大的有效方法。尤其在跨國公司走向全球市場的過程中,戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟更是發(fā)揮了至關(guān)重要的作用,通過聯(lián)盟共享利益、共擔(dān)風(fēng)險成為趨勢。三星電子更是把戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟作為企業(yè)發(fā)展的重要策略來實施。本文闡述了全球戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟的狀況及特點,對三星電子戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的描述,同時分析了非競爭性戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟的優(yōu)勢,對三星電子戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟未來的發(fā)展方向進(jìn)行了展望。在此基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合我國企業(yè)的自身特點,提出了我國企業(yè)應(yīng)慎重選擇合作伙伴,積極利用戰(zhàn)略聯(lián)盟策略發(fā)展的觀點。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the global economic integration and the increasing competition, the western enterprises, especially the multinational corporations, have changed their business strategies one after another in the face of the fierce external environment, and the competitive relations among the enterprises have changed from absolute competition to competitive cooperation.As a result, strategic alliance is more and more favored by enterprises, and becomes an effective way for enterprises to develop and expand continuously.Especially in the process of multinational corporations entering into the global market, strategic alliance plays an important role, through which sharing benefits and sharing risks becomes a trend.Samsung Electronics is the strategic alliance as an important strategy to implement the development of enterprises.This paper expounds the status and characteristics of the global strategic alliance, describes in detail the Samsung electronic strategic alliance, analyzes the advantages of the non-competitive strategic alliance, and looks forward to the future development direction of the Samsung electronic strategic alliance.On this basis, combined with the characteristics of Chinese enterprises, this paper puts forward the viewpoint that Chinese enterprises should carefully select partners and actively utilize the strategy of strategic alliance to develop.
