【摘要】：本文以循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)為研究背景,為實(shí)現(xiàn)河北省鋼鐵產(chǎn)業(yè)的生態(tài)化轉(zhuǎn)型,以生態(tài)效率為主線,探討河北省鋼鐵產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)效率的內(nèi)涵,構(gòu)建鋼鐵產(chǎn)業(yè)的生態(tài)效率評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。選用核主成分分析法消除評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)之間的相關(guān)影響,減少指標(biāo)選擇的工作量。從不期望產(chǎn)出的角度出發(fā),將鋼鐵產(chǎn)業(yè)的環(huán)境負(fù)荷作為一種非期望輸入引入到數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)分析模型中,從而構(gòu)建河北省鋼鐵產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)效率模型。最后根據(jù)實(shí)證研究結(jié)果為促進(jìn)河北省鋼鐵產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)化轉(zhuǎn)型給出改進(jìn)對(duì)策和措施。
[Abstract]:In order to realize the ecological transformation of iron and steel industry in Hebei Province, this paper discusses the connotation of ecological efficiency of iron and steel industry in Hebei Province, and constructs the evaluation index system of ecological efficiency of iron and steel industry in Hebei Province, taking circular economy as the research background and ecological transformation of iron and steel industry in Hebei Province as the main line.The kernel principal component analysis method is used to eliminate the correlation between evaluation indexes and reduce the workload of index selection.From the point of view of never expecting output, the environmental load of iron and steel industry is introduced into the data envelopment analysis model as a kind of unexpected input, and the ecological efficiency model of Hebei iron and steel industry is constructed.Finally, according to the results of empirical research, the author gives the countermeasures and measures to promote the ecological transformation of iron and steel industry in Hebei Province.
