【摘要】：資金集中管理模式是目前集團型企業(yè)對集團資金管理采取的重要管理方式之一。通過資金集中管理體系的構建，并與現(xiàn)代化信息網(wǎng)絡技術、現(xiàn)代化通訊技術的有機結合，從而對集團資金進行統(tǒng)一歸集、統(tǒng)一分配、集中管理，最終達到集團資金使用效率最大化的目的。 自2008年起，為了穩(wěn)定農產(chǎn)品價格方面的上下波動，平衡農產(chǎn)品市場的供求關系，滿足百姓對生活的基本需求，國務院連同中央各部委陸續(xù)頒布了一系列保障農產(chǎn)品流通的政策和舉措。中央各部委為農產(chǎn)品流通問題實施的相關舉措對地利集團在實施農產(chǎn)品店項目并擴大經(jīng)營規(guī)模方面提供了政策保障。這也要求地利集團加大財務管理力度，在資金管理方面采用高度集中的管理模式，提高資金的使用效率，最終實現(xiàn)整個集團的戰(zhàn)略目標。 本文在詳細介紹了目前國內外相關學者對資金集中管理研究的基礎之上，通過對地利集團的經(jīng)營概況、地利集團的資金管理現(xiàn)狀進行了詳細介紹，在對其資金管理情況進行研究的過程中，發(fā)現(xiàn)了現(xiàn)行資金管理過程中存在的一些問題，同時說明了地利集團迫切需要加強資金的管理，提高地利集團資金使用的整體效益。在對現(xiàn)行的資金管理方式進行分析后，從內部因素和外部因素兩方面對地利集團實施資金集中管理的可行性進行分析，確定了資金集中管理體系設計的目標和原則，從在資金集中管理總體設計和具體業(yè)務流程進行具體設計。最后對設計出的體系進行應用之前提出一系列保障措施。以期使地利集團能夠順利、快速、高效的完成資金集中管理應用工作，達到地利集團對資金管理全面掌控的最終目的。地利集團作為不斷發(fā)展壯大的中國民營企業(yè)，屬于農產(chǎn)品流通企業(yè)中典型的代表，這種資金管理體系的構建，為其他與地利集團有著類似經(jīng)營背景的民營企業(yè)的資金管理具有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:The mode of centralized fund management is one of the most important management methods adopted by group enterprises.Through the construction of centralized fund management system and the organic combination of modern information network technology and modern communication technology, the group funds can be unified, distributed, and managed centrally.Finally, the purpose of maximizing the efficiency of the use of funds in the group is achieved.Since 2008, in order to stabilize the fluctuation of agricultural product prices, balance the supply and demand of agricultural products market, and meet the basic needs of the people for life,The State Council, together with central ministries and commissions, has promulgated a series of policies and measures to ensure the circulation of agricultural products.The relevant measures carried out by the central ministries and departments for the circulation of agricultural products have provided policy guarantees for the implementation of the agricultural products store project and the expansion of the scale of operation of the group.This also requires the Group to strengthen financial management, in the management of funds to adopt a highly centralized management mode, improve the efficiency of the use of funds, and ultimately achieve the strategic objectives of the whole group.Based on the detailed introduction of domestic and foreign scholars' research on centralized capital management, this paper introduces the current situation of funds management of the Group through the general situation of its management.In the course of studying the situation of fund management, some problems existing in the current fund management process are found, and the urgent need of strengthening the management of funds and improving the overall efficiency of the use of funds in the Group are also explained.After analyzing the current fund management mode, this paper analyzes the feasibility of implementing centralized fund management from internal and external factors, and determines the objectives and principles of the design of centralized fund management system.From the centralized management of funds overall design and specific business processes for specific design.Finally, a series of safeguard measures are put forward before the application of the designed system.In order to make the group smooth, rapid and efficient to complete the application of centralized management of funds, to achieve the final goal of overall control of the management of funds.As a developing and growing private enterprise in China, the Didi Group is a typical representative of the agricultural products circulation enterprises. This kind of fund management system is constructed.It has certain reference significance for the fund management of other private enterprises with similar operating background.
