【摘要】：隨著世界經(jīng)濟一體化進程的推進,石油工業(yè)全球化經(jīng)營已成為一個明顯的趨勢。經(jīng)濟全球化的不斷加深,以及我國加入WTO,使我國石油工業(yè)面臨著越來越激烈的競爭形勢。隨著國外大石油公司進軍中國市場,使得國際競爭國內(nèi)化,國內(nèi)市場的競爭也愈來愈激烈。石油天然氣是稀缺性戰(zhàn)略資源,石油工業(yè)作為基礎性行業(yè),對于國民經(jīng)濟的持續(xù)健康發(fā)展和國家政治軍事安全有重要的保障作用。為此,提高我國石油工業(yè)國際競爭力有著重要的現(xiàn)實意義。為了分析中國石油工業(yè)國際競爭力,首先探討了石油工業(yè)的基本特點、競爭力的基本理論和石油工業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,在分析石油工業(yè)國際競爭力影響因素的前提下,構建了石油工業(yè)國際競爭力的評價指標和指標體系,包括資源規(guī)模、持續(xù)發(fā)展、運營管理和環(huán)境因素4個準則層共計21個指標。在該指標體系的基礎上,運用熵權-灰色關聯(lián)度方法從資源規(guī)模、持續(xù)發(fā)展、運營管理和環(huán)境因素四個方面將中國石油工業(yè)同美國、加拿大、英國、俄羅斯、沙特阿拉伯、尼日利亞、委內(nèi)瑞拉等國的石油工業(yè)進行對比分析,分析結果表明,中國石油工業(yè)國際競爭力在這四個方面與其余幾個國家的最優(yōu)水平相比仍存在一定的差距,競爭力水平有待提高。分析中國石油工業(yè)國際競爭力較弱的原因,最后提出一些提升中國石油工業(yè)國際競爭力的對策和建議,希望能對提升中國石油工業(yè)國際競爭力提供一些參考。
[Abstract]:With the development of world economic integration, the globalization of petroleum industry has become an obvious trend.With the deepening of economic globalization and China's entry into WTO, China's petroleum industry is facing more and more fierce competition.As the big foreign oil companies enter the Chinese market, the international competition becomes domestic, and the domestic market competition becomes more and more fierce.Petroleum and natural gas are scarce strategic resources. As a basic industry, petroleum industry plays an important role in ensuring the sustained and healthy development of national economy and national political and military security.Therefore, it is of great practical significance to improve the international competitiveness of China's petroleum industry.In order to analyze the international competitiveness of China's petroleum industry, this paper first discusses the basic characteristics of the petroleum industry, the basic theory of the competitiveness and the present situation of the development of the petroleum industry, under the premise of analyzing the influencing factors of the international competitiveness of the petroleum industry.The evaluation index and index system of international competitiveness of petroleum industry are constructed, including resource scale, sustainable development, operation management and environmental factors.On the basis of this index system, the Chinese petroleum industry is compared with the United States, Canada, Britain, Russia, Saudi Arabia from four aspects: resource scale, sustainable development, operation management and environmental factors.The comparative analysis of the oil industry in Nigeria, Venezuela and other countries shows that there is still a certain gap between the international competitiveness of China's oil industry in these four aspects and the optimum level of the other countries.The level of competitiveness needs to be improved.This paper analyzes the causes of the weak international competitiveness of China's petroleum industry, and finally puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for improving the international competitiveness of China's petroleum industry, hoping to provide some references for enhancing the international competitiveness of China's petroleum industry.
