【摘要】：中國自改革開放以來，按照傳統(tǒng)的比較優(yōu)勢積極參與國際分工與貿(mào)易，并取得了巨大的成就。近年來，中國的對外貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)生了顯著變化，工業(yè)制成品已取代初級產(chǎn)品成為主要出口產(chǎn)品。然而，按照傳統(tǒng)的比較優(yōu)勢參與國際貿(mào)易逐漸顯示出一些弊端。鑒于此，我國應(yīng)順應(yīng)比較優(yōu)勢理論發(fā)展的步伐，按照動態(tài)化的比較優(yōu)勢強(qiáng)化已有的比較優(yōu)勢產(chǎn)業(yè)，同時也要選擇和培育新的具有潛在比較優(yōu)勢的產(chǎn)業(yè)，這已成為中國貿(mào)易實(shí)踐的發(fā)展趨勢。 本文首先通過對理論進(jìn)行學(xué)習(xí)和深入分析，同時結(jié)合國內(nèi)外的理論研究，，參閱了相關(guān)書籍，用圖表法演繹出比較優(yōu)勢形成和演化的決定機(jī)制。直觀地歸納出比較優(yōu)勢動態(tài)化的影響因素：要素稟賦結(jié)構(gòu)、規(guī)模經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)、技術(shù)進(jìn)步、人力資本積累、貿(mào)易制度政策和所有制結(jié)構(gòu)傾向。 然后是本文對中國制造業(yè)比較優(yōu)勢動態(tài)化的實(shí)證研究部分。針對當(dāng)前中國制造業(yè)的整體發(fā)展?fàn)顩r和具體產(chǎn)業(yè)的優(yōu)勢性，運(yùn)用TC指數(shù)和RCAS指數(shù)對分類產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)行測度研究。并采用計(jì)量模型和馬爾科夫鏈等分析工具，對中國制造業(yè)比較優(yōu)勢的動態(tài)變化趨勢進(jìn)行經(jīng)驗(yàn)研究，以期找出啟示意義。 接下來，本文對前文提出的影響因素進(jìn)行綜合分析，通過ADF檢驗(yàn)，建立計(jì)量模型，研究各因素的影響大小與變化趨勢，為進(jìn)一步選取具體產(chǎn)業(yè)而實(shí)施動態(tài)比較優(yōu)勢策略提供準(zhǔn)確的依據(jù)。 本文最后根據(jù)各章節(jié)的分析與研究，提出可行的政策建議：繼續(xù)發(fā)揮比較優(yōu)勢和充分利用比較優(yōu)勢。
[Abstract]:China since the reform and opening up, and actively participate in international division of labor and trade according to the traditional comparative advantage, and made great achievements. In recent years, significant changes of foreign trade structure China, industrial manufactured goods have replaced primary products become the main export products. However, according to the traditional comparative advantage in international trade has shown some drawbacks in view of this, our country should conform to the development of comparative advantage theory in accordance with the pace of dynamic comparative advantage, strengthen the existing comparative advantage industry, but also to select and cultivate new potential comparative advantage industry, which has become the development trend of Chinese trade practice.
Firstly, through the study and Analysis on the theory, combined with the theoretical study at home and abroad, refer to the relevant books, deduce the comparative advantage of the formation and evolution mechanism of decision chart. We summarize intuitively influencing factors of dynamic comparative advantage, factor endowment structure, scale economy, technological progress, human capital accumulation trade policy, system and ownership structure tendency.
Then is the part of empirical research on Chinese manufacturing dynamic comparative advantage. The advantage of the whole development of the manufacturing industry and China for specific industries, the use of TC index and RCAS index measure research on industry classification. And using econometric model and Markov chain analysis tools, empirical study of the dynamic change trend of China the comparative advantage in manufacturing industry, in order to find out the significance.
Next, we make a comprehensive analysis of the influencing factors mentioned above. We establish a econometric model through ADF test to study the influence size and trend of each factor, and provide accurate basis for further selecting specific industries and implementing dynamic comparative advantage strategy.
Finally, according to the analysis and research of each chapter, the paper puts forward the feasible policy suggestions: to continue to play the comparative advantage and to make full use of the comparative advantage.
