【摘要】:隨著世界經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展、市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的逐日激烈,知識(shí)已經(jīng)成為經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的一個(gè)重要的動(dòng)力源。企業(yè)是否能夠具備競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì),實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展,關(guān)鍵在于是否擁有掌握最新知識(shí)或技術(shù)并能夠適應(yīng)市場(chǎng)變化的綜合性優(yōu)秀人才。因此,人力資源在市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中扮演著越來越重要的角色,培訓(xùn)與開發(fā),作為人力資源管理中的一項(xiàng)必不可少的組成部分,是任何企業(yè)都必須正確面對(duì)并給予高度重視的工作。企業(yè)人力資源培訓(xùn)與開發(fā),目的是提高員工知識(shí)技術(shù)水平,提高員工綜合職業(yè)素質(zhì),形成企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì),以此實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展,實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)。 本文從培訓(xùn)開發(fā)理論著手,以JQ電纜公司為研究對(duì)象,在了解該公司的基本情況,包括當(dāng)前公司的組織結(jié)構(gòu)和人力資源狀況之后,采用實(shí)地考察和問卷調(diào)查的方法,對(duì)JQ公司的培訓(xùn)與開發(fā)體系現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了深入研究,,并找出現(xiàn)有體系所面臨的一些問題。然后以培訓(xùn)開發(fā)相關(guān)理論為基礎(chǔ),緊扣公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo),結(jié)合JQ公司實(shí)際情況,在培訓(xùn)開發(fā)體系設(shè)計(jì)的原則下,從培訓(xùn)需求分析、培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃制定、培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃實(shí)施和培訓(xùn)效果評(píng)估與轉(zhuǎn)化四個(gè)方面對(duì)公司培訓(xùn)開發(fā)體系進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),最后提出了培訓(xùn)開發(fā)優(yōu)化方案實(shí)施的保障措施。本文旨在為JQ公司人力資源培訓(xùn)開發(fā)管理提供指導(dǎo)和幫助,同時(shí)也希望能夠?yàn)橥袠I(yè)中其他相類似企業(yè)在開展人力資源培訓(xùn)與開發(fā)工作、改善人力資源管理等方面提供一定的參考。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the world economy and the fierce market competition, knowledge has become an important power source of economic development.Whether the enterprise can have the competitive advantage to realize the sustainable development, the key lies in whether the enterprise has the latest knowledge or technology and can adapt to the market change.Therefore, human resources play a more and more important role in the market competition. As an essential part of human resource management, training and development is a work that any enterprise must correctly face and attach great importance to.The purpose of human resource training and development in enterprises is to improve the knowledge and technology level of employees, improve the comprehensive professional quality of employees, and form the core competitive advantage of enterprises, so as to realize the sustainable development of enterprises and the strategic objectives of enterprises.This paper starts with the theory of training and development, taking JQ Cable Company as the research object. After understanding the basic situation of JQ Cable Company, including the current organization structure and human resource situation of the company, the method of field investigation and questionnaire survey is adopted.The present situation of training and development system of JQ Company is studied in depth, and some problems that appear in the system are found.Then, based on the relevant theories of training and development, the development strategy of the company is closely linked to the actual situation of JQ Company, under the principle of training development system design, the training needs are analyzed, and the training plan is formulated.The implementation of training plan and the evaluation and transformation of training effect are four aspects of the optimization design of the company's training development system. Finally, the guarantee measures for the implementation of the training development optimization scheme are put forward.The purpose of this paper is to provide guidance and help for JQ human resources training and development management. At the same time, I hope to be able to carry out human resources training and development for other similar enterprises in the same industry.Improve human resources management and other aspects to provide some reference.
