【摘要】：在德國(guó)"工業(yè)4.0"戰(zhàn)略和美國(guó)"工業(yè)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)"戰(zhàn)略之后,中國(guó)推出了"中國(guó)制造2025"。與美、德等發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家相比,中國(guó)制造業(yè)的技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)和創(chuàng)新能力較弱,但在用戶(hù)知識(shí)獲取和吸引用戶(hù)參與方面具備獨(dú)特優(yōu)勢(shì),如何有效發(fā)揮獨(dú)特優(yōu)勢(shì)成為"中國(guó)制造2025"落地破題的關(guān)鍵。實(shí)施"中國(guó)制造2025",實(shí)現(xiàn)制造能力的智能化升級(jí),不僅要在技術(shù)層面進(jìn)行追趕,還需要對(duì)背后的管理方式和資源配置機(jī)制進(jìn)行變革。要求企業(yè)以用戶(hù)驅(qū)動(dòng)為切入點(diǎn),真正以用戶(hù)需求來(lái)驅(qū)動(dòng)智能制造體系的建設(shè),同時(shí)在體系架構(gòu)上構(gòu)建內(nèi)外融合的智能制造生態(tài)圈。為了進(jìn)一步加快"中國(guó)制造2025"的實(shí)施和落地,政府部門(mén)需要加強(qiáng)自上而下和自下而上相結(jié)合的推進(jìn)機(jī)制等方面的工作。
[Abstract]:After the German Industrial 4.0 Strategy and the American Industrial Internet Strategy, China launched made in China 2025.Compared with the developed countries, such as the United States and Germany, China's manufacturing industry has a weak technological foundation and innovation capability, but it has unique advantages in terms of acquiring users' knowledge and attracting users' participation.How to give full play to the unique advantages is the key to solve the problem of "made in China 2025".To implement "made in China 2025" and realize intelligent upgrading of manufacturing capability, we should not only catch up with each other on the technical level, but also reform the management mode and resource allocation mechanism behind it.Enterprises are required to drive the construction of intelligent manufacturing system with the user demand as the starting point and build the intelligent manufacturing ecosystem with internal and external integration on the architecture.In order to speed up the implementation and landing of "made in China 2025", government departments need to strengthen the promotion mechanism of top-down and bottom-up.
