【摘要】：設(shè)備是藥品生產(chǎn)的重要資源之一,新版GMP對(duì)直接參與藥品生產(chǎn)的相關(guān)制藥設(shè)備與設(shè)施作了指導(dǎo)性的規(guī)定,但對(duì)設(shè)備的要求大部分都是指導(dǎo)性條款,如何使設(shè)備真正做到為GMP保駕護(hù)航,為企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)提供有力保障,這是制藥企業(yè)生產(chǎn)部門、設(shè)備管理部門以及公司領(lǐng)導(dǎo)層必須思考和需要解決的問(wèn)題。制藥企業(yè)設(shè)備管理是一個(gè)系統(tǒng)工程,應(yīng)將設(shè)備一生管理、預(yù)防性維護(hù)管理納入到公司日常管理,從設(shè)備選型、設(shè)計(jì)、采購(gòu)、到貨、安裝、調(diào)試、驗(yàn)證、運(yùn)行、實(shí)施以及后序維護(hù)、潤(rùn)滑、故障處理及后序設(shè)備改進(jìn),都應(yīng)圍繞GMP要求這一主線進(jìn)行設(shè)備有效管理。首先對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外設(shè)備管理理論研究發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、理論思想進(jìn)行了匯總分析,提出了基于新版GMP要求、以人為本的,借助于信息化設(shè)備管理,實(shí)現(xiàn)設(shè)備前期、中期、后期設(shè)備一生管理思想。其次全面分析了設(shè)備一生管理的理念及新版GMP中設(shè)備管理要求,重點(diǎn)分析了設(shè)備設(shè)計(jì)、設(shè)備預(yù)防性維護(hù)保養(yǎng)、設(shè)備驗(yàn)證、設(shè)備故障分析系統(tǒng),提出了制藥技術(shù)要求下的設(shè)備管理系統(tǒng)性思路。對(duì)影響設(shè)備正常運(yùn)行的關(guān)鍵節(jié)點(diǎn),采用系統(tǒng)性的分析、探討,采用PDCA管理理念提高設(shè)備管理水平,為制藥企業(yè)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量提供有效保證。最后以石藥集團(tuán)中諾藥業(yè)鋁塑包裝機(jī)為例,闡述了設(shè)備前期、中期、后期管理中各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)的工作流程、工作方法,實(shí)例闡述了制藥企業(yè)基于新版GMP要求的設(shè)備管理思想。
[Abstract]:Equipment is one of the important resources in drug production. The new version of GMP provides guiding regulations for related pharmaceutical equipment and facilities directly involved in drug production, but most of the requirements for equipment are guidance clauses.How to make the equipment really protect GMP and provide sufficient guarantee for the enterprise management is the problem that must be considered and solved by the production department, equipment management department and the company leadership of pharmaceutical enterprise.Equipment management in pharmaceutical enterprises is a system engineering, which should include equipment life management, preventive maintenance management into the company's daily management, from equipment selection, design, procurement, delivery, installation, commissioning, verification, operation,Implementation and post-sequence maintenance, lubrication, troubleshooting and post-sequence equipment improvement should be carried out around the main line of GMP requirements for effective equipment management.First of all, the research and development of equipment management theory at home and abroad are summarized and analyzed. Based on the new version of GMP, this paper puts forward a new version of GMP, which is people-oriented, with the aid of information equipment management, to realize the early and middle period of equipment management.The later period equipment life management thought.Secondly, the concept of equipment lifetime management and the requirements of equipment management in the new GMP are analyzed, and the design of equipment, preventive maintenance of equipment, equipment verification and equipment fault analysis system are analyzed.The systematic thinking of equipment management under the requirement of pharmaceutical technology is put forward.The key nodes affecting the normal operation of the equipment are analyzed and discussed systematically, and the management level of the equipment is improved by using the PDCA management concept, which provides an effective guarantee for the product quality of pharmaceutical enterprises.Finally, taking the aluminum and plastic packaging machine of Zhongnuo Pharmaceutical Industry of Shiyao Group as an example, the working flow and working methods of each link in the management of the equipment in the early, middle and later periods are expounded. The equipment management ideas of pharmaceutical enterprises based on the new version of GMP requirements are expounded by an example.
