【摘要】：近年來(lái),伴隨中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的高速發(fā)展,中國(guó)對(duì)能源與資源產(chǎn)品的需求逐年上升。澳大利亞作為世界首屈一指的能源與資源輸出國(guó),在該領(lǐng)域不斷開(kāi)展與中國(guó)的貿(mào)易及投資合作。 本論文旨在探討中澳兩國(guó)在煤炭貿(mào)易和投資領(lǐng)域的交流與合作,歸納總結(jié)歷史演進(jìn)、發(fā)展特點(diǎn)和未來(lái)趨勢(shì),并就進(jìn)一步深化雙方互惠合作提出合理建議。本文從中澳煤炭貿(mào)易與投資兩個(gè)角度分別展開(kāi),論述了不同歷史時(shí)期兩個(gè)領(lǐng)域的合作特征和發(fā)展變化,結(jié)合中澳兩國(guó)政府政策、學(xué)術(shù)及行業(yè)研究機(jī)構(gòu)、行業(yè)專(zhuān)家與新聞媒體等多視角觀點(diǎn),著重分析了煤炭作為中澳貿(mào)易與投資中的一項(xiàng)重要大宗商品對(duì)兩國(guó)的雙邊關(guān)系產(chǎn)生的重大影響,同時(shí)對(duì)兩國(guó)就進(jìn)一步深化煤炭貿(mào)易與投資合作所面臨的挑戰(zhàn)與對(duì)策進(jìn)行探究,展望了未來(lái)中澳兩國(guó)在煤炭領(lǐng)域可能產(chǎn)生的新合作方向與方法。 全文共分為五個(gè)章節(jié),其中第一章為導(dǎo)入；第二章至第四章為論文主體部分,深入回顧并具體分析和探討中澳煤炭貿(mào)易和投資關(guān)系的歷史沿革、近年來(lái)的演進(jìn)趨勢(shì)、以及兩國(guó)在煤炭領(lǐng)域深化合作的機(jī)會(huì)和可執(zhí)行的建議舉措；第五章為全文總結(jié)。 文章各章節(jié)內(nèi)容安排如下： 第一章為論文簡(jiǎn)介,包括論文的選題背景、研究意義、國(guó)內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)綜述及本論文采用的研究方法及技術(shù)路線。 第二章厘清了煤炭的分類(lèi)定義以及中澳兩國(guó)煤炭市場(chǎng)的基本發(fā)展情況,總結(jié)兩國(guó)煤炭市場(chǎng)未來(lái)的發(fā)展訴求。 第三章論述了中澳煤炭貿(mào)易的發(fā)展歷程和主要特征,分析未來(lái)新格局下中澳兩國(guó)在煤炭貿(mào)易領(lǐng)域存在的問(wèn)題和挑戰(zhàn),并歸納了深化雙方貿(mào)易合作的建議舉措。 第四章回顧了中澳煤炭產(chǎn)業(yè)投資的歷史沿革和主要特點(diǎn),歸納不同時(shí)期的投資案例,并特別詳細(xì)探求了兗煤澳洲的成功對(duì)中國(guó)投資澳洲煤炭產(chǎn)業(yè)帶來(lái)的思考和啟示。隨后,詳細(xì)總結(jié)論述了影響中澳兩國(guó)煤炭產(chǎn)業(yè)投資的因素,并列出深化中澳煤炭投資的戰(zhàn)略舉措。 第五章作為結(jié)束章節(jié),總結(jié)歸納全文。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of China's economy, China's demand for energy and resource products has increased year by year.As the world's leading exporter of energy and resources, Australia has been developing trade and investment cooperation with China in this field.The purpose of this paper is to discuss the exchanges and cooperation between China and Australia in the field of coal trade and investment, sum up historical evolution, development characteristics and future trends, and put forward reasonable suggestions for further deepening mutually beneficial cooperation between the two countries.This paper discusses the characteristics and development of cooperation between the two fields in different historical periods from the perspectives of Sino-Australian coal trade and investment, and combines the policies of the Chinese and Australian governments, academic and industry research institutions.Industry experts and the news media have focused on analyzing the impact of coal, as an important commodity in Sino-Australian trade and investment, on bilateral relations between the two countries.At the same time, this paper probes into the challenges and countermeasures of further deepening the cooperation in coal trade and investment between the two countries, and looks forward to the possible new direction and methods of cooperation between China and Australia in the field of coal in the future.The full text is divided into five chapters, the first chapter is the introduction, the second to the fourth chapter is the main part of the thesis, the historical evolution of the coal trade and investment relationship between China and Australia, and the evolution trend of the coal trade and investment in China and Australia in recent years are reviewed and discussed in detail.And the two countries in the coal field cooperation opportunities and implementable measures; chapter five is a summary of the full text.The chapters of the article are arranged as follows:The first chapter is a brief introduction of the thesis, including the background, significance, domestic and international literature review, research methods and technical route adopted in this paper.The second chapter clarifies the classification definition of coal and the basic development of the coal market of China and Australia, and summarizes the future development demands of the two countries' coal market.The third chapter discusses the development course and main characteristics of the coal trade between China and Australia, analyzes the problems and challenges in the field of coal trade between China and Australia under the new situation in the future, and sums up some suggestions for deepening the trade cooperation between China and Australia.The fourth chapter reviews the history and main characteristics of the Chinese and Australian coal industry investment, sums up the investment cases in different periods, and especially probes into the reflection and inspiration that Yancoal Australia's success brings to China's investment in Australia's coal industry.Then, the factors influencing the investment of coal industry in China and Australia are summarized in detail, and the strategic measures to deepen the investment in coal industry in China and Australia are listed.Chapter V as the end of the chapter, summing up the full text.
