[Abstract]:It is just another spring, or in Beijing, on April 2223, 2015, the "2015 International Food Safety Conference", co-sponsored by the International Food Science and Technology Union, the Chinese Food Science and Technology Society and the National Food Safety risk Assessment Center, was held in Beijing.Professor Nina Fedoroff, former President of the American Society for the Advancement of Science; Professor Patrick Wall, former President of the European Food Safety Agency; and Dr. Joseph J. Jen, former Deputy Secretary of the United States Department of Agriculture, Dr. Joseph J. Jen, Co-Chairman of the International Committee of experts on Food Safety.Professor Martin Cole, Chairman of the International Food microbial Standards Committee, and more than 40 international experts, as well as the Chinese Academy of Engineering academicians Chen Junshi, Sun Baoguo and other domestic authorities
