【摘要】：城鎮(zhèn)化與工業(yè)化相互扶持、共同發(fā)展,這是社會不斷進(jìn)步,經(jīng)濟(jì)逐漸發(fā)展的必然結(jié)果。改革開放以來,中國城鎮(zhèn)化取得顯著成就,工業(yè)化與城市化之間的互動關(guān)系也發(fā)生了很大的變化,但是在中國城鎮(zhèn)化的進(jìn)程中也出現(xiàn)了許多問題,如城鎮(zhèn)化率不僅相對于發(fā)達(dá)國家偏低,而且同發(fā)展水平相近的國家相比也偏低,城鎮(zhèn)化相對于工業(yè)化較為滯后等。論文以城鎮(zhèn)化與工業(yè)化之間的關(guān)系為研究對象,運(yùn)用靜態(tài)分析與動態(tài)分析相結(jié)合的方法進(jìn)行了相關(guān)的研究。論文從世界城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的一般模式出發(fā),首先運(yùn)用橫向比較與縱向比較等方法分析了世界城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程的一般模式及世界主要國家城鎮(zhèn)化與工業(yè)化發(fā)展的特征,并通過構(gòu)建IU標(biāo)準(zhǔn)與NU標(biāo)準(zhǔn)發(fā)現(xiàn)中國存在城鎮(zhèn)化滯后于工業(yè)化的現(xiàn)象,進(jìn)一步通過研究產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)結(jié)構(gòu)和勞動力轉(zhuǎn)移方式,揭示了中國城鎮(zhèn)化滯后于工業(yè)化的原因,最后針對提高中國城鎮(zhèn)化率與城鎮(zhèn)化與工業(yè)化協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的問題分別從產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、社會福利和土地政策三方面提出了相應(yīng)的對策建議。論文的主要結(jié)論為中國存在著城鎮(zhèn)化率偏低,且城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程滯后于工業(yè)化進(jìn)程的現(xiàn)象。這主要是由產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)結(jié)構(gòu)傳統(tǒng)化、特殊的勞動力轉(zhuǎn)移模式與土地政策等原因決定的,因此為了使中國城鎮(zhèn)化與工業(yè)化協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展,應(yīng)著力從產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、社會保障制度與土地制度等方面進(jìn)行改進(jìn)與完善。
[Abstract]:Urbanization and industrialization support each other and develop together, which is the inevitable result of the continuous progress of society and the gradual development of economy. Since the reform and opening up, China's urbanization has made remarkable achievements. The interactive relationship between industrialization and urbanization has also undergone great changes, but in the process of urbanization in China, there have also been many problems, such as the urbanization rate is not only lower than that of developed countries. Moreover, compared with the countries with similar development level, the urbanization is relatively lagging behind the industrialization, etc. This paper takes the relationship between urbanization and industrialization as the research object. Using the method of combining static analysis with dynamic analysis, this paper makes a study on the development of urbanization in the world, starting from the general pattern of urbanization in the world. Firstly, the paper analyzes the general pattern of the world urbanization process and the characteristics of the urbanization and industrialization development of the major countries in the world by using the methods of horizontal comparison and vertical comparison. Through the construction of IU standard and NU standard, it is found that urbanization lags behind industrialization in China, and the reason why urbanization lags behind industrialization is revealed through further research on industrial technology structure and labor transfer mode. Finally, aiming at improving China's urbanization rate and coordinating the development of urbanization and industrialization, respectively from the industrial structure, The main conclusions of this paper are that the urbanization rate is low in China, and the urbanization process lags behind the industrialization process, which is mainly attributed to the traditional industrial technology structure. The special labor force transfer mode and land policy are decided, so in order to make China's urbanization and industrialization develop harmoniously, it is necessary to improve and perfect the industrial structure, social security system and land system.
