【摘要】：隨著世界經(jīng)濟(jì)高速發(fā)展,能源危機(jī)和環(huán)境問(wèn)題日益突出,各國(guó)能源結(jié)構(gòu)開始由原來(lái)的以石油、煤炭、天然氣等化石能源為主轉(zhuǎn)向可再生能源的開發(fā)與應(yīng)用。世界光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)最近10年每年平均以48.5%的速度增長(zhǎng),與此同時(shí),中國(guó)的光伏企業(yè)數(shù)量在近10年也急速發(fā)展,光伏產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)量位居世界第一。但是“兩頭在外”,缺乏核技術(shù)及產(chǎn)品依賴國(guó)外市場(chǎng)等問(wèn)題嚴(yán)重制約了中國(guó)光伏企業(yè)的發(fā)展,面對(duì)國(guó)際市場(chǎng)需求的萎縮,中國(guó)光伏企業(yè)一片慘敗。無(wú)錫尚德在十年輝煌過(guò)后經(jīng)歷了破產(chǎn)重組的沉痛打擊,在未來(lái)激烈的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中無(wú)錫尚德要想再次勝出,必須盡快找出當(dāng)前存在的問(wèn)題,及時(shí)找到解決的對(duì)策。 本文分五章來(lái)探討無(wú)錫尚德太陽(yáng)能電力有限公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略與對(duì)策。首先詳細(xì)分析了國(guó)內(nèi)外光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀,著重從產(chǎn)業(yè)概況、上下游產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈和產(chǎn)業(yè)政策等方面對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了細(xì)致分析。然后通過(guò)對(duì)尚德公司的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、股權(quán)結(jié)構(gòu)、主營(yíng)業(yè)務(wù)和財(cái)務(wù)狀況的分析,加深對(duì)尚德現(xiàn)狀的了解。最后歸納總結(jié)出尚德存在的問(wèn)題,并結(jié)合SWOT分析法找出其優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)、機(jī)會(huì)和威脅,最終找到切實(shí)可行的企業(yè)對(duì)策建議。 太陽(yáng)能光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)作為一個(gè)新興產(chǎn)業(yè),遵循著誕生、發(fā)展、成熟到再發(fā)展的規(guī)律,目前我國(guó)光伏產(chǎn)業(yè)目前仍處于發(fā)展階段,在其發(fā)展過(guò)程中存在一些問(wèn)題和弊端也在所難免。此次破產(chǎn)重組對(duì)于無(wú)錫尚德來(lái)說(shuō)既是挑戰(zhàn)也是機(jī)遇,無(wú)錫尚德在看清國(guó)內(nèi)外現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,找出自身問(wèn)題所在,通過(guò)分析自身的優(yōu)勢(shì)與不足從而找到切實(shí)可行的長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展之道。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of the world economy, the energy crisis and environmental problems are becoming increasingly prominent. The world's photovoltaic industry has grown at an average rate of 48.5 percent a year in the past 10 years, while the number of photovoltaic enterprises in China has also developed rapidly in the past 10 years. The output of photovoltaic products ranks first in the world. However, the lack of nuclear technology and the dependence of products on foreign markets seriously restrict the development of Chinese photovoltaic enterprises, and face the shrinking demand in the international market. China's photovoltaic enterprises have suffered a terrible defeat. Wuxi Suntech experienced a deep blow of bankruptcy and reorganization after a decade of glory. In order to win again in the future fierce competition, Wuxi Suntech must find out the current problems as soon as possible. Find solutions in time. This paper is divided into five chapters to discuss the development strategy and countermeasures of Wuxi Shangde Solar Power Co., Ltd. Firstly, the current situation of photovoltaic industry at home and abroad is analyzed in detail, with emphasis on the general situation of the industry. The upstream and downstream industrial chains and industrial policies are analyzed in detail. Then, through the analysis of Suntech's development status, equity structure, main business and financial situation, Finally, this paper summarizes the existing problems of Suntech, and finds out its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats with SWOT analysis, and finally finds out feasible countermeasures and suggestions. As a new industry, solar photovoltaic industry follows the law of birth, development and maturity to re-development. At present, the photovoltaic industry in our country is still in the stage of development. In the course of its development, some problems and drawbacks are inevitable. This bankruptcy reorganization is both a challenge and an opportunity for Suntech in Wuxi. On the basis of seeing clearly the current situation at home and abroad, Wuxi Suntech finds out its own problems. Through the analysis of their own advantages and disadvantages to find a practical way to long-term development.
