【摘要】:中國的汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)從上世紀90年代以來一直保持快速發(fā)展,2013年汽車產(chǎn)銷量分別達到2211.68萬輛和2198.41萬輛,中國已經(jīng)躍居全球汽車銷量首位。為了更好的應(yīng)對發(fā)展機遇,汽車行業(yè)通過兼并重組來提升自身競爭力。據(jù)數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計,2005年至2010年,我國前10家汽車生產(chǎn)企業(yè)銷量占汽車銷售總量的比重從83.7%提高到86.3%,前4家的比重則從56.6%提高到62.1%。為了促進中國汽車行業(yè)更好更快的發(fā)展,國家頒布了一系列政策鼓勵汽車行業(yè)的兼并重組。通過實施并購,不斷引進、消化和吸收世界頂尖企業(yè)的先進技術(shù)、生產(chǎn)工藝及管理經(jīng)驗,逐步擴大汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)基地,充實和完善自主體系零部件、物流及售后服務(wù)等產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈。在我國汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)不斷發(fā)展和成熟的過程中,汽車配套市場競爭不斷加劇,專業(yè)化程度越來越高,汽車制造企業(yè)對相關(guān)配套廠商的質(zhì)量、成本、供貨、服務(wù)也提出了更高的期望。汽車配套市場中的中小企業(yè),作為未來經(jīng)濟活動中的生力軍,具有很大的發(fā)展?jié)摿?但是由于成立時間短,資源不充分,對行業(yè)缺少全局觀,在發(fā)展中遇到各類問題。中小企業(yè)能否根據(jù)實際情況來制定貼合企業(yè)自身的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略將決定企業(yè)未來的生存和發(fā)展。本文以SKZ公司為研究背景,運用PEST模型、五力模型和內(nèi)外部因素評價矩陣等必要的工具對企業(yè)內(nèi)外部環(huán)境進行了分析,找出影響企業(yè)發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵因素。同時,借助SWOT矩陣對企業(yè)發(fā)展所面臨的機遇、威脅、優(yōu)勢和劣勢進行了闡述。在此基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合企業(yè)愿景和使命提出該公司的發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。本研究從實際企業(yè)案例出發(fā),對有一定技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力但是由于資本瓶頸陷入產(chǎn)能釋放及發(fā)展受限、毛利率無法提升的中小型企業(yè)在戰(zhàn)略方案確立和執(zhí)行方面具有實際的借鑒意義,同時,本文對實際企業(yè)面臨問題進行的探討和研究,將有助于幫助中小企業(yè)提高對行業(yè)及自身發(fā)展的認識,也將有助于指導(dǎo)中小企業(yè)解決發(fā)展中的困境,具有一定的現(xiàn)實意義。
[Abstract]:China's auto industry has been growing rapidly since the 1990s, with sales of 22.1168 million cars in 2013 and 21.9841 million units in 2013, making it the world's largest car sales. The auto industry uses mergers and acquisitions to improve its competitiveness. According to statistics, from 2005 to 2010, The sales volume of the top 10 auto manufacturing enterprises in China has increased from 83.7% to 86.3% of the total automobile sales, while the proportion of the first four enterprises has increased from 56.6% to 62.1%. In order to promote the better and faster development of China's auto industry, The state has promulgated a series of policies to encourage the merger and reorganization of the automobile industry. Through the implementation of mergers and acquisitions, the state has continuously introduced, digested and absorbed the advanced technology, production technology and management experience of the world's top enterprises, and gradually expanded the automotive industry base. Enrich and improve the independent system parts, logistics, after-sales service and other industrial chains. In the process of the continuous development and maturity of the automobile industry in China, the competition in the automobile supporting market is continuously intensified, and the degree of specialization is becoming higher and higher. Automobile manufacturing enterprises also put forward higher expectations for the quality, cost, supply, and service of related manufacturers. As a new force in future economic activities, small and medium-sized enterprises in the automobile matching market have great potential for development. However, because of its short time and insufficient resources, it lacks a general view of the industry. In the course of development, there are various problems. Whether small and medium-sized enterprises can formulate their own development strategy according to the actual situation will determine the future survival and development of enterprises. This paper takes SKZ Company as the research background, using PEST model, Five forces model and internal and external factors evaluation matrix are necessary tools to analyze the internal and external environment of enterprises, and find out the key factors that affect the development of enterprises. At the same time, with the help of SWOT matrix, the opportunities and threats to the development of enterprises are brought forward. The advantages and disadvantages of the company are expounded. On this basis, combined with the vision and mission of the enterprise, the development strategy of the company is put forward. It is of practical significance for small and medium-sized enterprises which have certain technological innovation ability but fall into capacity release and development limitation because of capital bottleneck, so that the gross profit rate can not be improved. At the same time, it has practical reference significance in the establishment and implementation of strategic plan, at the same time, The discussion and research on the problems faced by the actual enterprises will help the small and medium-sized enterprises to improve their understanding of the industry and their own development, and will also be helpful to guide the small and medium-sized enterprises to solve the difficulties in the development of a certain practical significance.
